WISH - Thanksgiving Challenge - Week 4 Check In

had a flat week here. :o

BUT hey i did not go up!

Time to step up my exercising. Ordered a new bike on Tuesday hopefully the shop will have it Sunday.

Heres hoping for a better week to come.

crzy4dals...don't worry! You've been doing great! Staying steady is ALOT better than going up!! :teeth:

DVCTiff... I know how hard it is when the process seems to drag along, but you have to feel better that you are eating right and am in CONTROL of your life! That's a great feeling! ::yes:: Don't worry, it will pay off, just keep it up!

Minniespal....Thanks for checking in, even though you weigh monthly! We like to hear how it's going, regardless of the numbers on the scale! ;) Way to go on your "exercise persistance"!

Steve'sWife...Regarding the countdown, I'm not sure. Try to post on the Community Board & I'm sure you'll find the answer in no time! :teeth:

Hollyann...You've got the right attitude girl! :sunny: You know you are headed in the right direction, so don't worry about that dang scale! When you are eating right and exercising, you can't go wrong!

Keep up the great job everyone!! :goodvibes

I lost 2 more pounds. I'm now at my wish goal!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 pounds to my Thanksgiving challenge goal.:bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

sm4987...CONGRATULATIONS!!! :thewave: You have done a great job to get to your WISH goal!! Send the rest of us some of your pixie dust... :wizard:

Congratulations Sheree'!! Way to go!!!

:jumping1: :cool1: :jumping1:

I would like to re-start and re-join this challenge if I may.

Here's my scoop.....I would like to claim a 20 lb clippie for the Thanksgiving Day Challenge. BYW.....I have 4 lbs to loose before I can rightfully own the 10 lb clippie at the bottom of my post:( So.....that's 16 pounds total!

I also have another goal.......just keep swimming....just keep swimming....as Dory would say from Nemo! Meaning just keep excercising! I know my body and self-control w/eating! If I can just manage to get the excercise in.....the rest comes easier!

Hopfully will check in next week with good news on my progress!

Thanks!

Put me down for NO CHANGE ( I hope). I just got back from 8 days at The World plus, the battery in my scale went out. So I haven't weighed since I got home.

down .5 again,,,, now 2.5/15

Hey I love the running tab of our total weight loss! As a group we've lost over 130 pounds, that's like losing a rottweiler (or 2 dalmations and a cocker spaniel! )

Hi all,,

I have just been soo busy with home and work these past few weeks! Since the challenge started I have lost 6lbs total! I wish I had more time to check out these boards - but life is SOO BUSY RIGHT NOW! I wish all continued sucsess!

Sue:D

Well, I'm a bit late, but I'm checking in. I haven't weighed myself because my scale is broken (it just flashes 0.45 over and over), but I am definitely feeling better about myself. I can feel some ribs and hipbones that have been missing for quite some time!! Don't take that the wrong way; I'm certainly not wasting away or anything. :)

I have even BETTER motivation than Thanksgiving... I'm going to a wedding in two weeks that my ex will be at!!!
I will be getting lots of exercise this week at work, so I will hopefully have more success to report next week. Sorry I've been so bad about keeping up with the thread... I will try to get better! :)

As bad of a week as I've had, being sick for 10+ days, my MIL in hospice, and only 3 days of exercise.....I lost 4.5 lbs this week, for a WISH total of 66 lbs. Must be stress.

Hope everyone has a great check-in this week!

I'm down 3.6 pounds this week - I'm at 11.6/25 for the challenge, and down a total of 55 pounds since I started Weight Watchers back in May. :) Grabbing that new 55 pound clip - woohoo!

Wow Kim & Cookie, GREAT job and Congratulations on the weight loss and new clippie. I WANT that 55 pound clippie!!!!!!:earseek:

Kim - Sorry to hear about your MIL. It's amazing what stress does to your body:crazy: My DM had hospice coming to the house during her last days with cancer and it's AMAZING what those people do. They are a rock & pillar during a difficult time. May God give you and your family strength during this time.

panfan...Way to go for rejoining! :cheer2: It's never too late to take control & do what's best for you! Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming... :fish:

teachingmy kids...If you had no change while at WDW, that's a great accomplishment! Go get the new battery for your scale, and give us the scoop! :daisy:

twotoohappy...Way to go! A loss is always good! :teeth:

yasuern...I understand where you're coming from, life can get in the way of the DIS sometimes! :( But, a total of 6 lbs is great!! ::yes:: Keep up the good work!

LovesDoomBuggies...Seeing an ex can be great motivation! Show him what he's missing! :teeth:

KimRaye...Girl, you have had a crazy week! But, you are doing so great, and not letting those situations get you! Just keep your chin up & it'll be smooth sailing... :boat:

CookieGVB...55 lbs. since joining WW in May? WOW!! That is so exciting! I'll be rejoining WW this week! Got any tips for me? ;)

Tera...You are so right. Hospice workers are angels in disguise. They were so great with my DGM during her battle with cancer from June-Sept. this year. Even though we live 4 hrs. away, we'll never forget them & will keep in touch with them.

I'm getting ready to post a new check-in thread, so check out our new totals... :sunny:

Thank you both, very, very much. You all help me more than you know. :grouphug:

I'm checking in for this week. I'm holding steady, nothing lost, nothing gained. The great thing about this is, I'm bloated and haven't put on anything!!! Looking forward to a loss by the end of next week.
