Wish, most discounted sail dates than other ships?

Travel agent or CM discount? I see guaranteed rooms that are very, very slightly cheaper (like less than $20) but not any restricted GTY rooms which are often at least 20% off. Nor was the Destiny included in any of recent promotions

Here is a snap of a room offer that a Disboard member booked for her family for next month. She got three rooms for them. I personally, have never seen such a heavy discount on a Disney resort. 60% is unreal. But what it also does is show just how overpriced these rooms are. Maybe DCL is at that point as well. The fares are so overpriced that excessive discounts are needed now.

This looks like PO Riverside. Is this during a major holiday? A basic room has never been that high before. Maybe a royal room. I have an inkling Disney is exaggerating the standard price. The holiday room offer is still good though!

Its a Preferred room. But that 60% off is unheard of.

We were thinking we would see discounts at the end of the year on the Wish, but we ended up booking a VGT on the Fantasy that was almost half the price of the Wish over NYE for very similar itineraries (Wish 12/29-1/2 from PC to Lookout and Nassau, Fantasy 12/31-1/4 from PC to Castaway and Nassau.)

At a minimum, that holiday period was filling up better for the Wish than the Fantasy.

Ah preferred, still a bit high though. I do think they are exaggerating the regular price a bit but not by an extreme amount. But yes, I haven't seen a Moderate at/below $200/night since before the market crash in 2008.
