Just called to see about refinancing my home to not only get a lower rate, but also to get cash out to get my floors redone and to put at least almost all of the $$ down on our DVC! He has approved us, not just waiting to schedule the appraisal and hope it's high enough to not have to go over 90% LTV. Need some pixie dust!!
