When I read your post...I wanted to shout out..."It's closed that week!" I'm sure you were more than disappointed....but I have good news for you!
We did the Princess Storybook in Epcot at Norway and it was truly magical! There are more princesses there than at the castle and they took a long time with each of our children...there are no princes (my poor son- all that attention from pretty ladies!) the food is really great! I also like that if you book an early time you're in the park before everyone else and at the far north of the Epcot area so you can knock out many countries with little/no traffic.
Also, we always eat at the castle....and 2 out of 3 times we've seen Cinderella and the Prince in the lobby. Is there any date you're visiting where it might be open for dinner? or lunch? The food is wonderful and there's just something fun about eating in the castle...cast members or not.
We are going the same time frame and I bet it's going to be hard to get PS's because of the week it was closed...we go 1/26-2/2. I think it reopens for breakfast on the 28th and dinner on the 27th.
