I had to change my ww meeting from Monday to today for this week. My friend who goes with me was busy pumping water out of her basement, so we are going today.

Plus I didn't want to face the scale Monday because I went to my parents house and Dad made bracciolitini (yum) and the most yummy garlic/cheese mashed potatoes. Then we had birthday cake and ice cream because my Mom's birthday was last week.

I read how great everyone did this week on the check in thread. You are all so inspiring! I love looking at all the clippies and can't wait to change mine, but I'm sure it won't happen for another couple of weeks! I hope I can add my good news to the thread when I get home this evening!

Have a great day everyone!!!!!

Good luck fingers crossed for you!!!!

LUCK LUCK LUCK LUCK LUCK!!!

Annie, I love the little heart you added to your post! Very cute! :)

What the heck is bracciolitini? I get a visual of really small broccoli, but I know that can't be right!

I'm sure you will be changing that clippie very soon! One meal isn't going to put you over the top! I am crossing my fingers and hoping for the best at your weigh in today!

Good luck!!! :) You have a great day too!!!

Thanks glo and TigH---If bracciolitini involved broccoli I wouldn't be worried!lol!:p

You take an eye round roast and slice it thin. Pound it out until it's paper thin. Then you take a butter knife and spread Crisco on the meat:eek: Add breadcrumbs (which my dad mixes with olive oil and romano cheese) fold the sides in so the stuffing doesn't fall out and roll them up like little jelly rolls. Then he puts them on a skewer, slathers them with Crisco AGAIN and rolls the skewers in the breadrumb mixture AGAIN and then broil them until the meat is cooked. They are small, but they're good so I probably ate about 8-10 of them!:(

Oh well, as I've said before, it doesn't matter what I've done, what matters is what I do next!

;)

Good luck at your weigh in. I'll bet you didn't do as badly as you think. BUT....even if you did, that is all over and done with, you can't go back and change it, so it's against the rules to beat yourself up about it.

Just grab hold, get back on program and keep on keeping on. You can do this, I have no doubt about it. Onward and downward, sweetie. Let us know what happens at your meeting.

BTW, I'm pretty sure that there is a fine or something involved in posting about something as yummy as bracciolitini on WISH. Isn't there?

Well the fine for EATING something yummy is that you don't lose as quickly.:(

I'm down .4 pounds, for a total of -2.8.

I'll take it.

But the meeting was great and I'm remotivated to do everything I need to this week!;)

Thanks for the good wishes everyone. I knew I could count on you! I'm sure without the crossed fingers, I might not have lost anything! ;) :)
