As an FYI, final payments will be due by Nov 30th. I will send invoices out the first week of Nov.

Is there room for four more? We did the party last year and had a ton of fun and have been debating about this year. I think I've finally decided that the weekend is about fun and a bit of extra money seems worth it to hang with friends, eat yummy stuff, and watch the fireworks. How much are the tickets at this point?

Sorry, was having a problem with pay pal - told me all had been sent but when tried to do follow up, it said nothing was there. I will go over my lists this weekend and get invoices out to those that were missed the first time. No worries.

Liz, we're still trying to figure out our flight plans. If DH and our kids end up flying home on Monday morning instead of Sunday night, I may need to add three more people. When is our drop-dead deadline for accurate headcounts?

Absolute drop dead date is 12/20 however for anyone that is added after 12/10 I will need immediate payment as they will bill me.

Hello everyone!! Can you believe how close we're getting to Jan already? Hope everyone's training is going well.

I sent out the final invoices last night so if you did not receive it via paypal or there is an error, please let me know.

Final payment MUST be received BY Dec 1st.
