Hey everyone! Disneyfan551 is out of town so she asked that I step in and post the check in for today. I hope everyone has done super great this week, so let's post the check in's and hear everyone's success for week 1!! I originally started on Wednesday of last week with my WW program (AGAIN!) so I wasn't going to weigh into day, BUT....when I weighed this morning I was down 1 lb. already
SO I HAD TO POST!!!! HOW EXCITING!
I tell ya, it's been tough, I have been wanting to eat SO SO much this week, but I have been motivated enough to walk a lot each day so I get my points back and I have stayed within my range and I still have two more days to go until I get my full amount of flex points back! So now I want to hear from everyone else, give us your stories and what happened this week, how you stayed on target and/or what your motivation was.
We need to hear good things so we can help each other out, and maybe we can all stay motivated.
AND a thanks to all of your that are already checking in! WAY TO GO!!!
