I exercised for 100 min today to put me at goal!
I did 10 min of toning, strength & conditioning exercises this AM
I rode my bicycle for 30 min this afternoon
I walked with DH for 50 min tonight
Than I realized I only needed 10 more min of exercise to reach my goal for Sept, so it was 10 more min of strength, toning, & conditioning to bring my total to 2000/2000 ! I couldn't let myself miss making goal today by a mere 10 min!
