Maybe you should invent a treadmill that has built in computer screen with a fingertip mouse or touch screen deal. :) You could make millions. :)

Today I walked for 40 minutes on the treadie. . .at least it's a start. . .

Didn't get awhole lot done the first week, but better little than nothing.

Put me down for 120 for Friday and 60 minutes for Saturday. Hope week 2 will have better numbers.
 

Okay I had 60 minutes of cardio for week 1(1-2) :)


If anaerobic counts I had 15 minutes of toning work too. :)

Currently I'm 70/1000.

I would like to join for 1000 minutes. I just got electricity back on from Hurricane Jeanne. I have updated my minutes for Sept. & I will update these on day 7 because I have been excercising without electricity. Thanks July:sunny:
 
I'll sign up! I think this is just what I need to keep focussed. I am going to start with 900 goal this month and work my way up each month.

I've been sick the first 4 days of October, and I know I can't make up the time lost, but put me down for the minimum of 1,000, and I'll give it my best effort.

I did manage 35 minutes today, but breathing was really difficult. :(

Friday - Firm BSS3 HT&A (no abs) for 27 minutes
Saturday - Firm Cardio Sculpt Blaster for 30 minutes
Sunday - Firm Super Body Sculpt (upper and lower) for 30 minutes
Monday - Firm Cardio Sculpt Blaster for 30 minuntes
Tuesday - Firm Super Body Sculpt (upper/lower/abs) for 45 minutes
Wednesday - rest day 0 minutes
Thursday - Firm BSS3 HT&A (with abs) for 33 minutes

October 8-14

Friday - Firm Super Body Sculpt (upper, lower & abs) 45 minutes
Friday - Firm Cardio Sculpt Blaster 30 minutes in the evening
Saturday - no work out
Sunday - Firm Super Body Sculpt (upper only) 17 minutes
Monday - no work out
Tuesday - Firm Super Body Sculpt (upper and lower) 34 minutes
Wednesday - Firm BSS1 cardio sculpt 36 minutes

Wow I see that I haven't updated for a bit. I can't quite reconstruct the entire 7 day period but I've got most of it. I can't remember what I did on Thursday but it was probably Firm Hips Thighs and Abs since I did it for 32 minutes.

October 15-21
Friday - 2 work outs one was super body sculpt and other was cardio sculpt blaster
Saturday - no work out
Sunday - super cardio sculpt
Monday - cardio sculpt blaster
Tuesday - hips, thighs and abs

for a total of 533/1000 as of 10/19/04. Thanks RaeAnn!
 
Okay this is awesome and just what I need! You guys are impressive - that's a lot of exercise! I'm going to go for the 1000 which will be a LOT for me. I've been sick for the past 6 weeks (yes I'm stubborn and to prove DH wrong I didn't go to the doctor until 4 weeks into it...I sure showed him!! :) ) so this is now my FRESH START...

O.k. since it's weekly. From 10-1 to today, I've done 215 minutes. That leaves 985 left to go.
 
Please put me in for the challenge. I'm late because I just got back from the World, five pounds up.

I'd like to shoot for 1000 minutes. Don't bother to update with my name until I post my weekly update.
