Wish Cruise

I think that will calm down, though. I booked a 4-night cruise on the Dream three days before sailing earlier this year and I was able to get Palo brunch. They had multiple time slots open. I've had similar experiences on other 4-night Dream cruises before and after the restart.

So, once everyone gets over the newness of the Wish, I bet that you'll see more availability for the adult dining options.

Besides that, based on some posts here, it sounds like they're currently limiting the number of guests at Enchante, at least, because they don't have enough staff. I wouldn't be surprised if they're doing that at Palo, too.

The Dream only has 41 Concierge staterooms. The extra 35 staterooms on the Wish make a big difference when trying to make a reservation on a 3 or 4 night cruise.

It will be interesting to see if Wish Concierge bookings decrease with no FCC available.

Yes, of course the Wish has more concierge staterooms. I still expect platinum members to have more options once the Wish has been sailing for a while and as staff levels return to normal.

I am not trying to compare, I am just relating that we had a good time.
Except that's exactly what you did in your original post by bringing in the discussion of other peoples' comments and posts about the ship. You had a great concierge cruise. Good for you. But your experience is anything but typical of what the overwhelming majority of people have and will experience on the Wish. The folks staying elsewhere on the ship don't get escorted on the ship, have special lounges to wait before they board or during the cruise, and aren't seated in the theater before anyone else, just to name a few things you've mentioned. In many respects, concierge may as well be a completely different cruise.

Huge difference. I’m not holding out much hope for the Wish in January when I’m trying to book Palo at 120 days.

I did the Dream in October 2012 when she was just over a year old and had no issues booking Palo as a Silver member. (We only booked Remy onboard.)
