Wish Concierge questions (especially about elevator issues as we have elderly with us!)

We will be sailing on the Wish during Thanksgiving. We have been on the Dream 4x previously (all Tgiving sailings, actually!) We are an extended family group of 15. All of us are in Concierge. After reading some reviews I do have some questions/concerns that I am hoping someone who may have sailed Concierge on Wish already can assist with:
  1. 2 adults in the group are elderly seniors (90 and almost 89 at time of sailing!) While they generally get around well going up and down flights of stairs will not work for them. I have heard all the complaints about the elevators. In particular, I thought I read the elevators do not go to 12 and 13? Not sure how that can be?! Trying to figure out the scoop. Basically if anyone knows the handicap accessible routes and any tips to all we would appreciate it.
  2. I understand the Concierge on Wish has 2x the cabins as Dream. I know the lounge is bigger but did you feel like it was too crowded? Assume still the espresso machine and open bar from 5-10pm? (or before first show)
  3. Any dining rotation request suggestions? I heard Walt's is on one side and Roy's on the other of the one restaurant? Is there is way to do one night on one and one on the other (or does it even matter?)
Any other tips/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I believe about 4 out of 8 elevators in each elevator area go to 12 and 13 - you should be fine going down from those floors, but going up might take a bit longer as you have to hope the elevator that shows up goes to those floors. But yes, elevators do go to those floors!

I was just on the Wish from 8/1-8/5/22. They have now put stickers above each elevator doors that state Decks 1-11 on some and
others Decks 1-13. This is most helpful instead of guessing. I was on a preview cruise on the Wish too in July and they were not marked then and it was a big complaint that everyone had in July. I was glad they had put up the stickers above each elevator door on my August cruise.

Usually you will have the same table number in each dining room and on each visit to the dining room. That way you keep the same serving team, who know your restrictions and preferences.

If you are on a 4-night cruise and want to dine twice at 1923, you can make that request with Shoreside Concierge. If the request is granted and you then want to have a different table on your second visit, you could ask a Concierge to inquire whether that is possible. However, it might be easier to try to dine in the other side at breakfast or lunch, if you want a good look at both sides.
