Good morning committers, can you believe that we are starting week 9? I am back into the groove of my WW points, exercising and determined to get the weight off and to keep it off.
I have finished my 30 minutes on the treadmill with some of that jogging. I am eating breakfast (yes, I know late), but I am eating. And I plan on drinking lots of water today. I really want to see a smaller number on the scale on Friday morning.
I hope that everyone is ready for another week of committments and remember we love you even if you can't check in every day! Just remember that we are here in case you need support or a pat on the back for a job well done.
Going to check out the boards for a few minutes. I haven't been on them in a couple of days.

and Mom has issued a 7 day challenge to me to follow a 3-food rule article she read. Each time I eat I will have to eat from 3 food groups and one MUST a protein food. Today was day 1 and success. Today was my scheduled day off exercising -- tomorrow back in gear though.
