lulu201 Don't be depressed. It's just TOM. That nasty bloat fairy! You will drop this fluid and a couple of pounds of fat too. Just wait and see. You're doing great, don't let the bloat fairy make you so depressed, okay? {{{HUGS}}}

Katholyn

Only 1lb this week, but that's OK = I've had lots of weight loss for my previous 2 weeks, so my body is just evening things up a bit!

Lots lots of inches though! Woo hoo!

Well, I finally lost the .5lb I had gained plus 1lb. The weight loss has really slowed down and I'm trying not to get too frustrated. I'm just sticking to my program remembering how much better I feel 41lbs lighter! Evryone seems to be doing such a great job. Keep up the great work and have a good week!!

Just weighted in and i've lost .2lb:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

I know it's a tiny amount to get excited about but i had italian food and wine Friday night and i was certain i'd blown it. Went and weighted myself sunday just to see how bad the damage was and i was up 1.3lbs. Really stuck on plan for the rest of the week and it's paid off! Next week should get me my 5lb clippie.

hi everyone - congrats to everyone. I am happy to report a 3 pound loss this week (even though I went to my parents house for a family reunion and ate my dad's tortelini alfredo - yum! - but very bad for me!). Anyway, my new stats are 218/211/145.

That means I've earned my five pound clippie - but I don't know how to get it - can anyone help?!?!?!?

Jennifer

disneygals No sad smilies on WISH, sweetie (I'm pretty sure that is part of the bylaws). Did you gain? Or did you maintain? Maintaining is so much better than gaining, don't you think?

Maintaining your weight is proof that when you finish losing the weight you want to lose that you have the ability to keep that weight off and that is a good thing.

Have you measured yourself? Are you getting smaller instead of lighter? Have you been working out? You could be building muscle and we all know that weighs more than fat.

Thanks for posting here, this week, even though you weren't happy with your progress. I'm proud of you. Hang in there. I'll bet you show a loss next week. {{{HUGS}}} sweetie, and smile...you are a WISHer and that makes you special.

YangYang WOO HOO! Way to go. Another 2.2 pounds gone forever. You're doing great. There is a 15 pound loss clippie and I'll bet you earn it sooner than you expect.

I hope you are feeling proud of yourself, this week. All of your WISH friends are proud of you!

addicted_to_WDW Look at you go! Another pound lighter and that much closer to goal. You're doing very well. You have a great attitude and a positive outlook. That's going to help you reach goal. I'll bet you earn that new clipart next week. I'm so glad you are part of my support group. I'm really proud of you, I hope you are proud of yourself!

msteddom Good job! WOW! Look at that pretty new clipart, it looks great on you. Another 3 pounds gone forever. You are quite the WISH success and I'm so happy and proud for you.

PartyofSix I knew you would be showing a loss on that scale again. You are just too determined and motivated to not succeed. You are getting very close to goal, sweetie, and I'm feeling very proud of you today.

cajunfan WOW! Another 4.5 pounds gone in just one week? Awesome progress. Don't you just feel proud? I hope so, I'm sure proud of you. You are a real WISH success! Way to go!

I've asked for help adding the 5 pound loss clipart to your signature :)

DaddyDon Look at that gorgeous 40 pound loss clipart in your siggie. You are a true WISH success. It is so motivating to watch your progress with Atkins. Hope you are feeling proud of yourself, we're all proud of you! Good job this week.

maryliz OH MY GOODNESS! Look at that great attitude you have! Way to go this week, losing 2 pounds is wonderful progress but I must confess, seeing how many inches you have lost impresses me even more.

I know you are feeling proud of yourself, I just want you to know that I'm feeling proud of you! You are a great success, cutie.

Disney_1derland Everytime you post on WISH you return the favor, cutie. I'm so glad to see that you are feeling more positive. A positive attitude makes the difference between success and defeat and you are definitely successful!

WOO HOO!!!!!! You lost 2.5 pounds. Doesn't surprise me one bit, either. I knew you could do it all along. I'm so happy and proud for you!

twotoohappy Look at you go! Love that new clippie and I love that positive attitude. You are doing great. You're on your way to goal and nothing can stop you now. I'm feeling pretty proud of you, I hope you are feeling proud of yourself, you are 3 pounds lighter and closer to goal.

JoshMom5 You sure are calm about announcing a pound loss, this week. You lost one whole pound! That's progress, my friend, that is success. No bouncing smilies or anything? Well....someone has to celebrate your success and I'm not too proud to do it.

WOO HOO!!!! JoshMom5 lost one whole pound this week!!!! :bounce:

*gasp* *wheeze* I'm really too old to be bouncing around but you are a WISHer and I just had to celebrate your success. Good job this week. I'm proud of you, be proud of yourself! Celebrate your successes it will help you to succeed even more!

LAWalz23 So, you know what you did wrong last week but I don't think you did as badly as you think. You maintained your weight. That is a very good sign, don't you think? You are retaining fluid and you still didn't gain? Hmmmmm, you know what I think? I think you will lose that fluid and when you do, a couple of pounds of fat will go too. Bet you 50 cents, okay?

Thanks for posting here this week, even though you didn't show a loss on the scale. That shows me that you are not only determined but you want to help your fellow WISHers avoid the same pitfalls you experienced. What a great WISHer you are. I'm so proud of you!

Nancy You shoud be celebrating, you know. You earned another new clipart and you are lighter. Increase your exercise and perhaps you will be happier with your success.

You're doing great and I'm very proud of you! I just wish you were proud of yourself.

Beastlover You lost a whole pound, despite impending TOM? WOW! That probably means that you lost more than that. But.....no smilie faces allowed on WISH. Honest. It's in the bylaws. Celebrate your success. You are making progress and getting closer to goal. I'm feeling pretty proud of you, my friend. Be proud of yourself!

MelanieC WOO HOO!!!!! Way to go. Another pound and more gone forever. You're going great and you have an enthusiasm that keeps me motivated. I really appreciate that.

Be proud of your success, all of your WISH friends are proud of you!

Onward and downward, my WISH friends. Reading about your weeks keeps me focused and on track!

Katholyn

Kath,

I am proud of myself! I just get a little mad at myself for not doing everything I should. I actually inspired 2 people I work with to start WW. They've seen my results and have decided to try. Lorraine calls me her inspiration all the time (so now I have to keep succeeding, can't let her down!LOL!)

I guess I sound like I'm not happy with myself because I know I could be doing better.

SO for Kath.

WOO HOO! I HAVE LOST ALMOST 42 POUNDS!!!

Ok, only 1lb. for me this week, but at least I didn't gain!! I'll just keep plugging away. I'm noticing a difference in my clothing and that's keeping me motivates. Total loss 16 lbs. since beginning of August!!

I lost another .5 of a pound. I am happy with this as I am now only 2 pounds from goal. Way to go for all losers and maintainers this week. For the ones that had a gain, this is a new week and you can do it. I really appreciate all of the support that I get from this thread each week along with the board.

I maintained this week. I'm totally fine with that though (still happy about my 2 lb. loss last week!) but I do hope I'll see some results next week.

Hang in there, everyone!
:D

perfectmatch300 Way to go! Love that pretty gold clipart, it looks great on you. Have a magical trip and have as much fun as possible.

tiggerlover Good job! You are another pound lighter and you have a great positive attitude. You're doing great.

catherine WOO HOO!!! Losing 4 pounds in one week is wonderful progress. You've earned a new clipart too, way to go! I hope you are feeling proud of yourself. You are doing great and I'm feeling proud of you.

jtbdas You can do it. Good job maintaining your weight this week, that is a very positive thing. Thanks for checking in even though you didn't see a loss on the scale this week.

Tiger Lily 03 Has it been 4 weeks since you lost inches or pounds? That's what it takes to qualify as a plateau. You haven't gained anything, though. That's great news. Hang in there, you'll reach your goal, it's just going to take a little longer than your hoped.

AprilN WOW! You've exercised 50 days in a row? That is awesome. How motivating! Besides that you've lost another 2 pounds. What a WISH success you are. Way to go! I'm so happy and proud of you.

Mom of Sleepy, Bashful and BabyDoc WOO HOO!!!! Way to go! Another two pounds gone forever. You are just tearing up that road to goal. Love your enthusiastism and positive attitude, too.

Be proud of yourself, I'm sure proud of you.

Chattyaholic How exciting to lose one whole size in your clothing. Losing 2 pounds is great but losing one whole pound is even better. Way to go! Be proud of yourself, all of your WISH friends are proud of you.

Dimplenose Hang in there, my friend. You will do better next week if you want to do better.

Thanks for checking in there this week. You sound a little bit down. {{{HUGS}}}

JRoglitz You lost 16.5 inches?!?!? That is wonderful progress. It's great that you are also 12.5 pounds lighter, too. I like being smaller the best, don't you?

Sure hope you are feeling proud of yourself...I'm sure proud of you!

disnygoof If you stay determined you will not find those two pounds again. You are two pounds closer to goal and I'm so happy and proud for you. You're doing great!

janeossie WOO HOO!!! Way to go, sweetie. 2 pounds gone forever and you are on your way to goal. Be proud of yourself, all of your WISH friends are proud of you.

ohMom Way to go, cutie! You are one pound lighter and that much closer to goal. Not much longer and you will be sporting that pretty red clippie. I'm feeling pretty proud of you, this week.

JenEeyore WOW! You are 2.6 pounds lighter? What progress you are making, you are doing great!

You are succeeding and it doesn't surprise me on little bit. I'm so happy and proud for you.

Onward and downward my friends!

Katholyn

Thanks Katholyn for taking the time to reply to all of our posts. It really helps me to stay motivated. Becoming a member of WISH is the best thing that I have done to help me lose this weight.

I'm check'n in and I've lost some weight.....I just don't know how much! LOL.....Since I've started checking in on Wed with the ONEderland by spring thread, I don't remember what I weighed last weekend. So, I'll be checking in here on Wed also because that's all my simple mind can handle!

I've lost 13.5 lbs total over 4 weeks and really am surprised that the big (to me) weekly loss is still going on...expected it to stop after two weeks.
I'm very happy:Pinkbounc

And I'm confident that I can hit 20 lbs by my WDW trip in four weeks....hope so because it will give me more clothing options!

Onward and Downward everyone!

P.S. Kath, we're out of the triple digets weather-wise:sunny: so you won't melt when you get here later in the week. See you next Saturday....I'm so excited!

I'm a little late checking in this week ... I had my WI on Thursday and there was no gain (phew!) ... but no loss either (d'oh!). I guess that's just more incentive for me to get to the gym this week *lol* On the bright side... I went shopping this week and I was able to purchase a small sized top at Banana Republic ... yay! :hyper:

I lost .6 at today's weigh-in. I thought I had lost more but I guess it's better than gaining! I am down a WW points range though!

Well I am happy to report I stayed the same! Okay that is not exactly truthful but after going on a mini vacation with my sister I came back home and found I had gained 6.5 pounds! I was just sick about it but knew I brought it on myself so I kicked it into gear and worked out twice a day, ate sensibly, and found that I am back on track. Great job to all those who lost, maintained and to those who gained, hang in there!

Page 5

AlisonB Losing lots of inches is always better than losing pounds. That's your goal, after all, to be smaller. Way to go! You are doing a wonderful job and I'm proud of you.

I hope to see you in chat this evening @ 7, Shirley and I will be hosting together :)

wdwnutze Good job. I cannot remember how close to goal you are but don't get frustrated about a number on a scale. Did you measure this week? Anymore inches missing?

You have to watch for carb creep (I do). So, double check your eating plan and make sure you are weighing and measuring things like cheese and nuts. Keep a sharp eye on your portion sizes.

Thanks for posting here this week, even though you sound like you are less than thrilled. It shows you are determined and that is very motivating for me. {{{HANG}}} in there. You're doing fine. I'm proud of your determination--be proud of yourself. Don't get impatient--you are on your way to goal...don't let a timeline get in your way, okay? Promise?

IrishAngel I'm so proud of your enthusiasm and positive attitude. Losing .2 pounds is a lot more fun than gaining .2 pounds, isn't it? Sounds like you indulged and then grabbed hold and got serious again. Excellent. What a great thing to learn to do.

I'll bet you earn that new clipart next week. You're doing great!

MKbound WOW! You lost 3 pounds even though you ate yummy off plan foods? Way to go! I'll get you some help adding that clipart, okay? I'm so happy and proud for you, you're doing great!

Nancy Now that's what I'm talking about! Much better. I'm glad you appreciate your success as much as I do :)

Mommy Poppins Only one pound? ONLY???? Why, my dear that is the equivalent of 4 sticks of butter or 20 slices of bacon--that is terrific progress. Besides that your clothes are fitting better. You, my friend, are a WISH success. Be proud of yourself, I'm sure proud of you!

jimmytammy Another 1/2 pound gone, you are getting so close to goal. You are almost there, you will be sporting that pretty red clipart pretty soon. You are a great motivator for me, Tammy, you have done so well and stayed so determined. I'm really proud of your determination and success.

nicolep91 Maintaining is a good sign, cutie. I'm glad to see that you aren't feeling frustrated about it. You are working your way to goal, perhaps not as quickly as you would like, but you are getting there. Be proud of yourself, you are determined and focused on goal and I'm feeling pretty proud of you.

ibouncetoo WOO HOO!!!! Losing 13.5 pounds in 4 weeks is wonderful progress. I'll bet you reach your minigoal right on time, maybe even a little early. I'm so happy and proud for you, your hard work is paying off.

I love triple digit heat, cutie. Give me some shade and I'm fine. I can't wait to meet you next Saturday. Less that a week! I'm getting excited :)

bunnyfoo So you got smaller, instead of lighter? Isn't that fun? How exciting to fit into a size small. Thanks for posting here this week. Maintaining your weight is a very positive sign, I think. Good job!

Mish19 Oh come on! You lost over 1/2 pound. That's progress! That is success! You went to a lower point range too, now that is excellent.

Be proud of yourself. You are working your way to goal and I'm proud of you.

Onward and downward, my friends

Katholyn

vfb2girls I imagine most of those 6 pounds were just a little gift from the bloat fairy after you ate offplan foods. I hope you had a wonderful vacation and had lots of fun. I'm glad you are back with us now and back on track again.

I love your positive attitude and determination. You took control right away after you got back home and have already repaired any damage that may have been done. I'm proud of you for doing that, you have motivated me today :)
