Good morning WISHers!!!! Well it is very hard to believe that September onlly has just over a week left. The kids are back in school and the weather is changing. If you have not checked out the new eating healthy board I encourage everyone to do so. It will make getting some new dinner ideas easier. It is very easy to navigate and I think it will be a great addition to WISH!!

Well I managed to loose 1 lb this week!!! I will certainly take it!! That puts my total lost at 29lbs!!!! Maybe I will get a gold clipie yet!!

So how did you do thi week???

Well, it's my first week and I'm happy to report a 3.5 pound loss!!!
I'm so excited!! Not only did I end up losing, but I had more energy this past week!
I hope everyone had a great week!

just down a pound this week, still can't seem to hit that 20 lb. mark! Also down about a 1/2 inch all over and finally seeing some loss in the chest area. I swear I will lose this 1/2 pound this week if I have to eat a pound of bacon a day to do it! I will hit 20 lb's before the end of september. I will, I will, I will!!! Okay, but, the BF is supposed to be here anyday, so your 'stay away BF' bes are very welcome! I don't want her messing with my 20 pounds!!!
 

Stayed the same this week weight-wise but I did lose an inch in my waist. All good considering TOM is here this week!!
 
I lost 3 pounds AGAIN this week! It's my lucky number I'm telling you! I wasn't completely faithful to Atkins this week...but I didn't go back to my old ways of eating either! But I got a new clippie and have hit the 30 pound mark!! (26 if those with WISH!)

I think that much of my success has been due to my cardio workouts with my friend/personal trainer. It is far more difficult than anything I was doing here at home and that intensity seems to make the pounds drop off of me! Let's hope it keeps up!

Our weather has been so gorgeous lately...I makes me want to get outside and enjoy the coolness and the beautiful stars at night! Hope you all can find a ray of sunshine or starshine to hang on to this week!!!!!!!!!!!

Up another pound this week. That's 2.4 up for me over two weeks, and I'm not letting it get to 3! :) I've adjusted my points and have a great start for this week to get down to where I want to be.
 
This is my first weekly check-in and I'm proud to report that I've lost 2.5lbs since I've taken the challenge! :bounce: Even better is that my daughter (we're LC buddies) has lost 6lbs!! She was ready to give up and this gives her the incentive to continue.

I'm only down 3 lbs in about two weeks time. I started dieting again and just joined the YMCA. I met with my personal trainer the other day and I start that religiously tomorrow!

I'm thinking of taking a Yoga class as well.

Hopefully the pounds will start falling off!

Good morning everyone,
I was very faithful to my program this week but didn't lose (or gain) anything. Since I lost 4 pounds last week, I'm not really surprised that nothing came off this week. I'm only a couple of pounds from goal now. Keep up the great work everyone!
 
I'm down 1 1/2 lbs this week! Which means I get a new clippie!!! How does it look?? :D Congratulations to all of you who have lost, and to those who maintained hope you have a big WHOOSH next week!! Everyone's doing such a great job and it's so motivating to read about all of your progress!! Keep up the good work!!
 
Congrats to all you..we're all doing so well.

I had a crazy week with lots of 'cheats'. Had chinese food (the bad fried stuff), dinner w/ friend (cheesy chicken quesadillas w/ lots of real sour cream), dinner w/ family (TGIF french dip and every fry on my plate), and the worst McD's#3 meal (quarter pounderw/cheese) but I did not supersize my regular coke and ate 1/2 the fries!! (do I get points for that;) )

But I followed DrPhil's philosophy in the reward system theory. We tell ourselves I can have a new dress when I loose those 10 pounds but about 'punishment' or consequences for cheats. I worked out 6 days this week to account for my cheats and still lost 1/2 pound. So I'm pretty proud of that fact. Just imagine how much I would have lost working out and not cheating!! Oh well..these things happens and I'm ready to get back on trach this week.

I lost one pound this week. I also lost 1 inch over all. Everyone is doing so well. I am glad I joined this fantastic group! :p
 
After 2 weeks of not losing I finally lost 3.5 lbs this week! :) I'm down a total of 24.5 lbs. Only .5 lb to go to get my next clippie. :)
 
Another 1 1/2 pounds gone for me. That means a total of 22.5 pounds since starting. We leave for a cruise Thursday (kids STILL don't know) and I'll be taking the stairs a lot to keep from gaining with all of that good cruise food!
 
I stayed the same this week, I think that I am stuck at this number! But I worked out 6 times this week so I felt pretty good about that. I just might take a break from the dieting for awhile, it seems my body has been at a stand still, so if I just manage to stay the same I think I will be happy with that.
 
I lost 2.5 lbs this week - Yay! I am so proud of all of you.. those who lost, those who maintain, and those who gained, but keep on going...

I have to confess... at Fellowship hour after church this morning I had a half of an original Krispy Kreme donut... But I checked their site, and it has 22 carbs per donut, so I am figuring 11 for my half... sound about right? I will be very good for the rest of the week, and plan to walk every morning.

I am happy to report a 1.2 pound loss this week. :) I exercised 3 times again this week after a few weeks of sporadic exercise, so I'm sure that helped.

I have set a new mini-goal for myself. I tried to make it doable, but not easily doable. I want to lose 12.7 pound by November 29. You might be asking yourself how I arrived at this odd number. Well, I want to weigh in the 140's on my wedding day, but I can't loose any weight after my final wedding gown fitting the last weekend in November. So I have until then to lose 12.7 pounds so I can weight 149.9 pounds for my wedding, LOL! Hey, that's in the 140's. :teeth: I did the math, so I need to lose 1.3 pounds per week to get my mini-goal.

Also, I have decided to change what will be my official WW goal weight. I am moving it up from 125 pounds to 130 pounds. That way, as long as I weight somewhere in between I can maintain my lifetime member status. I will strive for 125 personally and on WISH still though. :)

I lost 2 pounds this week, in spite of facing Hurricane Isabel - and, even better, I managed to eat on plan and not cheat with all the stress!! The inches are coming off too!

Congrats to all - we really are changing our lives, one step at a time!!
 
A 1/2 POUND GONE FOR GOOD THIS WEEK. May not sound like much but----just go slap a cube of butter to each cheek ( and not the cheeks on your face--LOL)----now all of a sudden I'm doing the HAPPY dance.
