WISh Check-in week of October 5

Stayed the same again. Although I will continue on plan(this is a way of life for me now) I am starting to get really discouraged!

i didn't have time to read everyone's checks - so sorry - our WISH family has grown soooo much and i'm sooo proud of everyone here!

I'm maintaining AGAIN this week. It's my fault , I know, a good PM buddy gently reminded me last night that if I'd stay OP totally I'd be losing! She's right, and I take full responsibility!:guilty: But hey, I'm maintaining and to quote Bebr "it's NOT a race!" teee hee hee:crazy:

I earned my first clippie:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Down 1.1 this week after maintaining last week. So so happy!!! Next thing to address is exercise. I know i NEED to do it but when i get home from work it's cold and i'm tired and i find every reason not to do it. So the procrastinating stops today! I'm getting on that cross-trainter thing i have at least 5 days this week! Promise.

WOOOOO HOOOOO
Another 2 lbs for me and I get a trip to the clippie room!
I was supposed to check in yesterday and couldn't sneak in on the computer at work.....I was .5 away from my clippie. Glad I had to wait one more day. Strange week......Sun AM I was UP 4 Pounds! Determined it was due to virtually no water on Sat and too much salt the few days before...was relying too much on processed meats...lunch meat/hot dog/sausage. Anyway it (the 4 lbs) was gone in two days of being more careful with water and keeping away from those nitrates. OR mayby my scale just wasn't feeling well that day?!?! But 2 extra pounds came off with it!

Now Im SURE I can hit my 20 lbs by my WDW trip goal!

Onwards and Downwards Y'all!

I gained a pound last week so I didn't check in (because hiding makes it go away, right?) But after 1 week cheat free I lost ..... 3 POUNDS!!! That puts me 2 pounds down. I'm now at a 28 pound loss.

I am dying for the 30 lb. clippie. Maybe next week, maybe the week after. Either way it IS going to happen!

Only 12 pounds to GOAL! It feels so reachable right now.

Checking in! I'm a bit late but was out of town. Holding my own. Noticing some positive physical changes and still on track!

Keep the Faith!
Tracy

Hi everyone :) I hope everyone's been having a good week so far! I haven't had a chance to read all of the posts yet but I will get to them :p

This week, I gained 0.2 lbs ... That's okay though! It was my birthday on Monday and I was expecting to gain a little more actually. Well time to get back on program :) Afterall, I want to make sure I reach my goal in time for my Dec. trip *lol*

Keep up the good work everyone!

:hyper: I had my 2nd weigh-in at WW last night, and I lost another 4 lbs. this week! So, my total on WW is 7.6!!! :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc I am so excited! :p

And, it is good motivation to keep me on program while I go to the beach this weekend!! :worried: The seafood buffets have already been calling my name!! ::yes::

Congrats to all of the other loser's this week!! :wave2:

Yeah!!! I'm jumping for joy today. I finally set my goal at 130 a few weeks ago. I had been losing about 1/2 pound a week for the past month. This morning when I did my WI, I was down 2.5 pounds today taking me 1/2 below my goal.

I am so thankful for all of the inspirational posts on this board that has kept me inspired. I will now work on maintaining and work on toning more now instead of focusing on losing each week.

Keep up the great work everyone. When I started on my journey, I was at 186.5 and now am at 129.5. I was wearing 1X's and size 18 jeans, I am now in Small's and size 6 jeans. I am not trying to brag, just wanting to let anyone questioning if they can really do it or not, just know that YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Have a great weekend!
Tammy

Well, after reaching my "goal", I ended up bouncing up and down on the scale for a while. I finally started to see my weight steadily hanging out at 140-142, and I really wanted to be in the 130s.

So I joined WW online and didn't follow the program very much for the first few weeks. I finally buckled down and stopped over eating on weekends and now I'm at 136. I am still keeping my goal clippie, because I'm at my goal size :teeth: but I'd like a little wiggle room. So we'll see where my weight goes over the next few weeks and hopefully I'll be able to maintain in the lower 130s.

Great news is that my arms are getting super cut, almost all the jiggles on my thighs are gone, my bottom is reshaping again and my stomach is REALLY ALMOST FLAT! :earseek:

I usually weigh every morning but for some reason I skipped several days of weighing. I got on the scale this morning and have lost 5 more pounds since Sunday (my usual report day) so this brings my loss to 7 pounds this week!!!!

Lisa96 You couldn't be cheating too badly if you have been maintaining your weight. Maintaining is so much better than gaining, don't you think? Hang in there. You will begin to lose again. I have the same problem about exercising. I'm so bad about it, I would lose so much faster if I eercised more often. Let's work on that together, I'll encourage you and you can encourage me, deal?

LAWalz23 Sounds like you are getting healthier. You lost another pound, too, even though you had some celebrations this past week. You're doing great. The important thing is that your cholesterol is doing better! I'll bet you earn that new clipart soon! I'm proud of you, you're doing very well!

addicted_to_WDW WOO HOO! Another two pounds gone forever. Love that beautiful new clipart! Way to go this week. I hope you are feeling proud of yourself because I'm sure proud of you!

Dimplenose Good for you! Another pound gone and you are newly determined. How motivating that is. I'll bet you earn back that 5 pound loss clipart soon. Hang in there, you're doing great and I'm proud of you!

Obsessed w/Disney in OH What a beautiful new clipart! I'm glad to hear that your injury is all healed and that you are exercising again. You are on your way to goal and nothing will stop you now!

Fantasia Sam I agree that maintaining your weight is a sign of success. You will begin losing again, soon. Keep drinking that water and you will begin to lose again. Hang in there, cutie. Thanks for posting here this week.

cinmell Way to go Another 2 pounds gone forever. You're getting so close to that first goal. I sure hope you are feeling proud of yourself because all of your WISH friends are proud of you!

AlreadyexcitedGrammy Look at you! I love that gorgeous golden clipart in your signature, today. You are 30 pounds lighter and you are on your way to goal.

I'm feeling pretty proud of you today, sure hope you are feeling proud of yourself! You are a true WISH success!

welovedis You are averaging more than one pound of loss each week. That is a very healthy way to get lighter. More importantly your cholesterol has been drastically reduced. That is excellent news.

I think you're doing great, you're getting compliments and getting healthier. Way to go, my friend!

JenEeyore I like your positive attitude. Losing .6 pounds is excellent progress and definitely better than gaining. The whoosh fairy will be visiting you, I'm sure of it, just stay on plan and keep up that exercise.

Thanks for posting here this week even though you weren't thrilled with your progress, you have motivated me :)

Grog Look at you! You are 27 pounds lighter and your clothing is fitting better. Doesn't that just make you feel proud? You have changed your life and you are getting healthier. I'm so proud of you!

AlisonB WOW!!! You lost 8 pounds in one week? That WHOOSH fairy likes you a lot, huh?

You're doing great and I'm proud of you!

tiggerlover Enjoy your trip to London. Have as much fun as possible and make some magical memories!

squitty WOO HOO, Michelle! 2.5 pounds gone forever! You are doing a great job and you are going to earn that 5 pound loss clipart soon, I'm sure. How does it feel to be a success?

I'm so happy and proud of you!

Onward and downward, my WISH friends,

Katholyn

wdwnutze Don't get discouraged. You will reach goal eventually. I know it can be frustrating when the timeline we have set for ourselves isn't met but if you have changed your lifestyle, the weight will come off. Have you lost any inches? Perhaps you have reduced your percentage of body fat? Both of those are better indicators of success than a scale, in my opinion.

Your determination is apparent and I'm so proud of you for making a lifetime change. Thanks for posting here even though you weren't happy with your progress this past week.

ohMom You didn't stay onplan and you still didn't gain? That's not all that bad, I don't think. I agree with your pm buddy. If you stay onplan completely for several weeks in a row you will be seeing a lower number on that scale. Besides, you are very close to goal, I think. The losing slows down drastically the closer you get to goal.

Thanks for posting to the check in thread. You help keep me motivated when you do that.

IrishAngel Look at that beautiful new clipart in your signature! Way to go! You are 1.1 pounds closer to goal. You are doing great and I'm feeling very proud of you. Just think how much better you will do once you start working out regularly.

ibouncetoo WOO HOO!!! Another two pounds gone forever. I'm so happy and proud for you. Love that new clipart. I have no doubt that you will reach your 20 pound goal before your trip. You are too determined and successful for any other option.

Thank you, so much, for arranging that meet on 10/11. It was wonderful to meet you and my other DIS friends. Such a friendly group. Thanks for the macadamia nuts, too. They were a yummy treat on our drive to Sedona today!

PAdisMOM Look at you go! Another two pounds lighter and that much closer to goal. That pretty golden clipart is practically yours, I'll bet you earn it soon!

Be proud of yourself, I'm sure proud of you. And no fair hiding out when you don't like what the scale says, okay? It's helpful for all of us for you to check in here, whether or not you show a loss.

tlgoblue I'm glad you are seeing some positive results from your new healthy lifestyle and very happy to hear that you are on track and focused on goal. You have motivated me today, thank you!

bunnyfoo You celebrated your birthday and only gained .2 pounds? I'll bet that is just fluid from those offplan foods you ate. You must have controlled your portions very well. I'm proud of you for getting right back on program and back on the road to goal right away. Good job!

disneyfan551 WOW! You lost another 4 pounds? Excellent! You're doing great. Sounds like you have found the right plan for you. Keep this up and you will be at plan before you know it.

I hope you are feeling proud of yourself, I'm sure feeling proud of you!

jimmytammy I am just so proud of you, cutie. You stayed the course and reached your goal. I love that pretty red clipart in your signature. What a WISH success you are! Be proud of yourself.

While you maintain your weight, I hope you will continue to visit WISH and even post to the check in thread. It is motivating to see posts from our WISH success stories!

TigH It's great to see you posting to the check in thread. You are another WISH success and you keep me motivated. I appreciate that alot.

mum4jenn WOO HOO!!! 7 pounds gone in just one week and after several weeks on Atkins, too. Sounds like the WHOOSH fairy came to see you. Actually, it sounds like you worked very hard at staying on plan and exercising. I think the credit for this success goes to you!

I'm so happy and proud for you.

Onward and downward, my friends

Just 1 pound lost for me last week. Considering it was my birthday and I was out to dinner a couple of times, it was O.K. I am trying for 1 1/2 - 2 pounds per week to make my ONDERland by Christmas challenge, but I'll take it!!

nancyj_pa WOW! You ate out a couple of times and still lost a pound? You must have made wise food choices and controlled your portion sizes very well.

You're doing great and I'm proud of you! I'll bet you make your goal of onederland by Christmas.
