Hello all!!!! How was the Holiday for you?? Did you manage to stick to plan?? If not did you bounce right back?? Have you been drinking your water?? I know it has been HOT and you NEED your water!!

Well this week was ok. Nothing special just Ok. I seem to be having trouble reaching my 25lb clippie!!! But I did loose 1 pound this week so only 2 more to go until I hit my clippie!!!! WOOOHOOOO!!! So I am at 247!!!! I am sooo excited!! THe 225 mark is still a long way away but that is where I would like to be before our trip the last pasrt of October!! Well I am off to weed the flowers and clean the house before it gets way to hot in here!!!!

A BIG CONGRATULATIONS TO TigH for reaching her GOAL!!! BTW I want the red clippie!!!!!:)

But that's okay. I'm back on track and will hopefully have another maintenance week. I had a 2/10 of a pound gain this week! More maintenance!!! :) Woo hoo! Go me!

Dan, I can't imagine that you were bad! ;) I know you'll have a GREAT week on maintenance! You have to - you are my role model now!!! :)
 
woo hoo! :) Good week here. Ya probably all read the "cracked the plateau" thread, so I won't get into details here.

Last check in I was 150.6. This check in, 149. Actually, I didn't weigh myself this morning....got going and ended up eating breakfast before I thought about it.

Post-July 4th I actually LOST 1/2 pound! Of course, it meant not eating a second drumstick, another heap of potato salad and more watermelon, but ya know what.....I was satisfied and I'm ALIVE! I survived not eating a second drumstick!!! :)
 

Great going all:Pinkbounc I too managed to loose some this week, only .5 but I'll take that with the holiday and all. Now I am back on track and hopefully will do better next week. Of course I got that warning from WW that I have lost to much over the past three weeks and need to eat more. I learned the hard way the first time this happened and ate more and gained:mad: Now I just take those pop up messages to heart and continue the way I am unless I start to loose drastically which will never happen LOL!!

Hi all,

This is my first time posting on the WISH check in, but here goes...

I weighed 138 when I joined on July 3. I just weighed myself and the scale says 135.5!!! I weighed myself three times to make sure!

It's been so hot, maybe it's water loss - maybe it's the exercise I've been trying to stick to - maybe it's just darn good luck. Whatever it is, I'll take it!

I've got a tiny frame, in a family of tiny frames, and I've always felt best when I've been around 120, so that's my goal. Right now, I don't FEEL like I've lost any weight, but hey, if the scale says so, who am I to argue? I like it!

Yay everyone! :) :) :)

I lost 2.5 pounds this week, to bring my total after 5 weeks to 13 pounds. I'm hoping that I can trade up my clippie next week.
 
Well this is my first time checking in on this board and I am happy to report I did lose 3 pounds in the last two weeks. This might not be a a huge amount of weight to lose but I figure every pound lost is better then gaining! So I am pretty happy. I check out these boards every day and have become very motivated to lose this weight. Thanks to all and keep up the good work!
 
Unfortunately I've stayed the same this week, still it's better than gaining and I can try again next week.

bad news from a bad week. I have been feeling bored with Atkins, and feeling very sorry for myself, so I didn't do a good job of sticking with the program this week--way too many carbs. I added nuts to the diet, and found myself turning to them instead of finding a more appropriate snack. I wish I like cheese, but I haven't found one that I like yet. Anyway, I know what I have to do for the next 2 weeks before leaving for my Alaskan cruise, and I plan to do it. I gained back 4 of the 20 pounds I've lost on WISH, but I am not giving up!
 
Congratulations to all! I'm happy to report that I'm down 2 pounds so I get my new clippie. Total loss is 41 pounds.:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc Have a great week everyone!
 
Hi all,
I finally got to 5 lbs after a few weeks and lots of parties. Hopefully this will spur on more as I still have lots to go.
 
I just wanted to post on a page with two gorgeous red GOAL clippies on it !!!!!!!!!

As of yesterday, I'm down a total of 40 pounds! It was a rough month, with cruise food and my DS's birthday, and I was getting pretty frustrated with being stuck in one spot. I've been seesawing between 35 and 39 pounds lost for weeks. (This weigh in was 4 pounds less than last weeks. Talk about Whoosh fairy! I did drink enough water to float a battleship this week.)

But my WISH buddies pulled and pushed me through! I want to thank my PM and IM and email buddies who coaxed, bullied, whipped and encouraged me to work harder and exercise my way to that next clippie.

And I want to thank all the wonderful WISH losers who keep me going. I love to see everyone's progress... I get so excited about every single clippie change I see, and I love to see all the encouragement and help WISHers so freely and generously dish out to each other.

You guys are my secret weapon!

(Only 30 more pounds to go!:rolleyes: )
 
Everyone is doing so well here that it keeps me going even if the scales don't. Over the past two weeks I've pretty much stayed the same even though I've been journaling my food and exercising almost every day.

It could be "the muscle weighs more" argument or it could still be from the new medication I'm on. The doctor said a slight weight gain. To me that is probably 5 pounds and that is three weeks of staying the same. We'll see next week.

Great job everyone!! I finally made it to 20 pounds lost. It will be 6 weeks ago tomorrow that I began Atkins. I'm happy!

Hi, everyone. I lost 7.8 lbs this week (dont you just love the first week?). I am on my way. Good luck to everyone this week and congrats to all.
 
I took a weekend trip and ending up falling off the Atkins wagon for 9 days. The first couple days I didn't eat much, but then I got hungry and kept find excuses to postpone getting back to Atkins. Big mistake. It took me 3 weeks to lose 4 lb, and 9 days to put it back. Well, I'm back and I'm determined to get that 5 lb clippie!

Well...I am back from my camping trip!! I did not meet the mini goal of 20 poundsby the 4th of July but I did lose 2 pounds and 3 1/2 inches!!!

I feel I could have met the mini goal if I had drank enough water.It was hard drinking the water with being on a camping trip and not having the best access to a potty!! So I chose not to drink as much to cut down on the trips up the hill to the bathroom.
