perfectmatch300 Nancy, you are a new person. Your attitude is so positive. Amazing what a little success can do for our attitude, huh? I'm so glad you have found a plan that works better for you.
Love that gorgeous new clippie, it looks great on you. Don't get too attached, I'll bet you are trading up to that 25 pound loss clippie very soon. I'm just so proud and happy for you. Hope you are feeling proud of yourself. I'll bet your dh is feeling even more proud of you than he did before your WISH success. He was feeling pretty proud of you already, though, I don't know if it's possible for him to feel more proud
mowsie dreamer I know exactly how you feel about those ups and downs. I have them too, frequently. I retain a lot of fluid, I'll bet that is what happens to you too. Just try to remember, if the scale shows a gain it isn't fat.
Losing 4.5 pounds in one week is very motivating and empowering, isn't it? You have motivated me too. Thank you, my friend. Keep this up and you will be at goal sooner than you think. Don't forget to measure yourself. Seeing the inches melt away helps take the sting out of seeing a faux gain on the scale.
I'm proud of you. Be proud of yourself!
jenanderson Another 1.5 pounds gone forever. Good job! The slower we lose our weight the better chance we have of keeping it off forever. I think you are doing great.
Don't forget to measure yourself. That is the best indicator of success, really. Your goal is to get smaller, getting lighter is a side effect of that, so don't forget to measure yourself.
I love your attitude, you have a winning attitude and you are insuring your own success by being so positive. Be proud of yourself. We are all proud of you!
MelanieC Look at you go, cutie! You are doing so well. Only .8 pounds away from that 10 pound loss clippie. Are you feeling proud? You'd better be, you are a success and I'm proud of you.
I'm so glad you are part of my support group. You help keep me motivated!
tiggerlover You lost 3 pounds last week? WOW! I have really missed a lot of celebrations, haven't I? I think I wouldn't mind maintaining my weight, either, if I had lost 3 pounds the week before. Good job. You are just doing so well.
I'm just so happy and proud for you, be proud of yourself!
Claire4dpins Another 1.5 pounds gone forever. I think you're doing great. Don't get impatient, the weight will come off as long as you stay onplan and exercise.
One thing I had to watch myself about after the first two weeks was remembering to measure my salad dressing and to count my eggs into my 20 gram daily total. I seemed to have this idea that eggs were a "free" food and they are basically one gram each. I also have this terrible habit of using more than two tablespoons of salad dressing on my salads. I was a victim of "carb creep"
Don't forget to measure yourself. I know we like to rely on the scale to measure our progress but the true measure of success is our size and we can only see that progress if we measure ourselves. Have you measured yourself?
Hang in there. You will drop the weight. It is just taking longer than you hoped. Be proud of yourself, you are making progress. All of your WISH friends are proud of you.
We have chat tomorrow evening at 7 pm GMT. I sure hope you can join us. I'm going to be hosting for the first time in a long while. Looking forward to it.
wdwnutze WOW! Another 3.5 pounds gone forever. I covet that gold clipart in your signature. It's taking me a very long time to earn it but it's only a matter of time and you've proven to me that I can do it too. That's such a nice thing to do.
I hope you are feeling proud of yourself because I'm sure feeling proud of you.
Kabuli1 Does it make it easier to avoid the check in thread when you don't lose? I'm sorry you stay away when the scale doesn't show you the number you want to see but if that is what works best for you then you are doing the best thing for you.
Look how successful you are. So close to that 20 pound loss clippie. You were looking very good when I saw you in July, you must be stunning by now. Be proud of yourself and keep on keeping on. You are on your way to goal and I'm sure proud of you.
lmhall2000 I like your attitude. It helps to remember that it our goal to get smaller and now lighter. Our size is the real indicator of success.
You are doing so well with this, are you feeling proud of yourself? I sure hope so, I'm very happy and proud for you.
scarlett873 I am just so very proud of you for going to that fair and resisting all of those wonderful temptations. Look how strong and determined you are. Hope you are feeling proud of yourself.
Next time you have a hankering for chinese food ask if they can prepare your meat and vegetables without sugar and/or cornstarch in the sauce. I'll bet they can and then you will stay 100% on plan.
You did a great job this week.
lisajl Losing weight slowly is the sure way to success. You are doing great. You have lost another 2.5 pounds and better yet, you have lost inches. That's the most important thing in my opinion. Losing those inches and getting smaller.
You are doing a great job with this and I hope you are feeling proud of yourself. All of your WISH friends are sure proud of you.
lynr Oh honey, tell me about stressful weeks. I've had a few of them recently.
Have a wonderful cruise. I loved the Magic. You are going to have a ball! Hurry back and tell us all about it.
ohMom I'm sorry you felt as though you had to avoid the check in thread last week. That makes me feel sad. I think it is helpful to come here and "confess" or whatever, sometimes that can be motivating.
Glad to hear you have banished the BF. Losing those last 4 pounds is going to be slow but you will do it. I know you will. You are a WISHer after all and you will succeed. Look at how well you have done so far.
Mom2Princesses You know what? Losing 1 pound a week is wonderful progress. I would be thrilled to lose one pound every week. I think you are doing great.
Don't forget to measure yourself. That is a true measure of your success, you know. Seeing that you are getting smaller

I'll bet you earn your reward very soon. I'm sure of it. Be proud of yourself, you're doing a great job.
{{{HUGS}}} to those sweet girls of yours.
Cheryl N. WI Look at you! You were "very naughty" and you still lost an average of .5 pounds each week? You couldn't have been all that naughty. I'm very proud of you for getting right back on track when you got home. Hope you are feeling proud of yourself. You're doing great!
I'm so glad to be able to read and post to the check in again. I'm working on it slowly but I'll bet I get it finished before tomorrow night. To everyone who showed a gain, hang in there and don't give up, it's the only way to succeed. If you maintained your weight, be glad...it's so much better than gaining. For all of our losers, be proud, you are WISH success stories!
Onward and downward!
