Breezy_Carol WOO HOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! Congratulations! I am just so happy and proud for you. You are at
GOAL--isn't that the most beautiful word?
You give me hope for myself, thank you, thank you, thank you! You are quite the inspiration for me, my friend.
You won't be leaving us alone here on WISH now, will you? We need you in our support group. You are our shining example
Mish19 What a terrific first weigh in you had. WOW! 6 pounds of fat gone forever, and not just any six pounds of fat-- 6 ugly pounds of fat. Good for you, I hope you are thrilled and proud of yourself, because I am so thrilled and proud for you. Way to go sweetie! You are definitely on your way
Debbie What can I say? You are such a success at this weight loss game. Another 1.5 pounds gone forever and you will be trading up your clipart any day now. You make me smile, sweetie. Way to go! One of these days, I too, will have a 25 pound loss clipart, I am planning on following your example.
campingcorgi You are amazing! Another 2.2 pounds gone, already? WOW and you've almost lost 50 pounds, that is incredible. What an inspiration you are and what a great addition to our support group. Happy for you, proud of you and love watching your progress. Way to go!
DiznEeyore 4 pounds down, you're on your way to goal. Way to go. Go eat a legal treat and get rid of that hunger. Don't forget to drink your water too. Aren't you excited? I'm excited for you. You will be trading up to that 5 pound loss clippie very soon, it seemed to take me forever to get it. You are good at this weight loss stuff and I'm proud of you.
*Wish*Upon*A*Star* I just love your user name, so appropriate for this board don't you think? Congratulations! Losing 4.5 pounds in one week is an awesome accomplishment. I'm very proud of you but not one bit surprised, I knew you could do it all along. Thank you for being here on WISH to help keep me motivated and what a motivation you are.
nicolep91 Excuse me??? Just a one pound loss? Didn't you mean to say, WOO HOO, I lost another pound? You didn't just lose one pound you lost 16 full ounces of ugly fat. That's four sticks of butter. That's a wonderful accomplishment.
Now repeat after me, "I'm proud of myself for losing one whole pound last week." That's better. You should be proud of yourself. I'm proud of you and so is everyone else on WISH. Oh, sure not everyone posts and says it but I know it's true.
I'm proud of you for weathering the time you went without losing. Do you know what an accomplishment that is? To stick to your healthy eating program even when the scale isn't moving. Why, that's right up there in purple heart territory. Good for you! You will lose more soon. I believe in you, never give up. Thank you for being part of my support group, because I need all the help I can get.
Congratulations to everyone who lost this past week. I hope everyone added their total loss on WISH to Kelsie's thread. It is such an inspiration to see how much we have lost as a group.
To anyone who maintained, hang in there the weight will come off eventually.
For anyone who gained, don't be discouraged, it happens, just stick with your plan and stick with WISH. It has been such a help to me, it truly has, and your participation is one of the biggest helps of all.
