TigH A one pound loss is great. I think it's great, don't you? I'm proud of you. I'm glad you don't plan to give up. I don't know what I would do without you here on WISH.
Isn't it exciting to watch those measurements "shrink"? My upper arms haven't shrunk either
zakatak If you were eating Indian Food on Saturday then you are probably experiencing a little water retention this week. That pound will soon melt away along with even more weight. Hang in there. Never give up!
CrzyforPiglet That's what you get for sneaking

2.5 pounds is a terrific loss for the week. We females have way too much fluid retention to weigh more than one time a week, I think. At least I do. 2.5 more pounds gone forever. I'm proud of you!
PRINCESS VIJA Okay, you know the rules. You can't beat yourself up for what you did or didn't do in the past. You can only concern yourself with right now. You can't even think about tomorrow. Just think about right now and tomorrow will take care of itself.
Maintaining your weight is just as important as losing. It's a way to prove to yourself that you will be able to keep off any weight you lose. I happen to think that is a very good thing. I'm proud of you, so I hope you are proud of yourself. I love your motivation tool. I should try that myself
NHMinnie WOO HOO!!! Good for you! Losing two pounds is a terrific accomplishment. I'm so happy and proud for you. Did you add your total to the thread that Kelsie started? I can't wait to see how many pounds total we have all lost so far on WISH.
You should try to post sometimes too. I count on reading everyone's posts, they motivate me so much.
Kelsie Our fearless leader. I'm so proud of your for earning that 5 pound loss clippie again. Now get thee to the grocery and get your Atkins supplies
Jiminy102 You are a great inspiration to me. What a wonderful positive attitude you have. Losing .5 pounds is so much better than gaining .5 pounds don't you think? Plus you are wearing a smaller size. That sounds like success to me.
Hang in there, my friend, onward and downward!
Luckymommyx2 I like your attitude. Not giving up is truly the most important thing, I agree.
You have lost another two pounds forever? Good job! That 15 pound loss clippie will be yours very soon. That 10 pound loss clippie looks really good on you, in the meantime! So proud of you, sweetie.
FergieTCat Holy Cowabunga, look at you! Another 2.4 pounds have melted away and that 25 pound loss clippie is practically in your siggie already. You are doing so well! What a great motivation you are for me. I'm so proud and happy for you. Okay, a little envious, too, but it's a good envy
Hannosmom I'm proud of you for sitting on your hands, and just think there was less of you sitting there, too

You are doing very well, another .5 pound gone forever. Those .5 pounds add up fast. Good for you!
Tink33 You have had amazing success on WISH. What an inspiration you are. Only 3 pounds from the 25 pound loss clippie and a mere 8 pounds from goal. WOW! Way to go!
mickeyfan1 Maintaining is so much better than gaining, isn't it? Are you sure you are eating enough fat, or even enough food? I find that I tend to not eat enough because I don't have an appetite. Isn't that an interesting development for this compulsive eater?
Hang in there, Marsha. The weight will come off. I didn't lose anything during February, I know how discouraging and frustrating that can be. I'm proud of you for sticking to your program.
Never give up my friends, onward and downward. We can do this together. I count on reading about everyone's week, it motivates and encourages me.
