This is my very favorite WISH thread every week. I just love it when everyone checks in here. You all just keep me inspired, energetic and motivated.
Kelsie you are doing great! 9 pounds gone and this time it's gone forever, right? Good for you, you have started something special with this WISH challenge stuff. I love it!
tiggerlover You are just anxious to see your family. You are still motivated. I'll bet you do just fine at weigh in tomorrow. Good luck.
Dizzy-Disney4 WooHoo! Two more pounds of ugly fat gone. I'm proud of you for making it through such an expensive yucky dinner without making bad choices. Sounds like you made the best of a not so easy situation. Good for you!
NancyK Way to go! 3 more pounds gone forever! Love that 20 pound loss clippie. It looks really good on you.
I like your attitude, too. Taking it one day at a time is the best thing any of us can do. You sound so motivated, I'll bet you manage to avoid those Easter holiday eating pitfalls. Good luck, sweetie.
Debbie I am just so, so, so proud of you! Look at that gorgeous new clippie. You have such a wonderful attitude and outlook and you are just such a help to me. You are such a great addition to our support group. I know I count on you everyday and you never let me down. I think I'm going to start calling you Little Miss Sunshine, because of your sunny, hopeful and positive disposition.
You are just doing so well!
PartyofSix Holy cow! Another 2.75 pounds gone? Look at you go! With your attitude and motivation there is no way Chuck E. Cheese can get in your way. Take some legal treats and have a salad. I don't like their pizza anyway.
You are doing so well, Tammy, I'm very proud of you and just a tad envious of that new clippie of yours. It's just gorgeous, isn't it? Congratulations!
Bean you are going to be pleasantly surprised on Wednesday (well, sort of surprised, I know you have been sneak weighing, you stinker). I can't weight to see what your first week on Atkins is like.
John In Illinois Okay, you are losing weight so fast you are making me dizzy. Not complaining, just saying
Another 2 pounds gone forever. Look at you go! Kels, do we even have a 40 pound loss clippie? You're going to have a new clippie very soon, John. I'm jealous but I'm so proud of you. What an inspiration you are.
KathyTX .6 pounds is a modest loss? Okay..if you say so. Personally, I think that any loss is terrific! You lost more than 1/2 pound. I know you would have been much less than pleased if you had gained that much.
So, big smile! You are doing just great and I'm very proud of you. {{{HUGS}}} for a fellow Texan.
DiznEeyore I'll bet you do better tomorrow than you are thinking. Sorry you have been feeling badly. Think positively and let us know what happens.
CDoobee How great that you only gained .5 pounds. Just think it could have been more than that. Would you like me to email you the rules for induction? Perhaps you could figure out how to make it vegan friendly.
Hang in there and don't give up. You can do this, I know you can. {{{HUGS}}} my friend.
lvs_eeyore YIPPPEEE! I'm so happy and proud of you! Losing 2.5 pounds in one week is an awesome accomplishment. I hope you are feeling proud. Isn't it the greatest feeling to take hold and do something like lose weight? It's not that easy to do, I'm proud of you.
Luckymommyx2 Awwww, sweetie. You are feeling down because you maintained your weight? You would prefer, perhaps, to have gained? I mean I think given the choice you might prefer to maintain your weight. Just think for a minute how great that really is...you have proven that you can keep your weight off. That means that when you have lost everything you want to lose, that you won't be gaining your weight back. I happen to think that is pretty important. So, I'm feeling pretty proud of you today. I wish you felt good about yourself too, because you are a special person...a very important part of my support group.
Hang in there, the weight will be coming off soon. You can do this. So, take a deep breath and say, "YES, I CAN!" Because you can and you will. It's just a matter of time.
TigH How wonderful that our WISH board angel has lost another 3 pounds. You are getting compliments and everything. How great is that?
I'm really proud of you. You help keep us focused and motivated, here on WISH, and I really appreciate you.
ead79 Woo hoo! I know how frustrating it can get when you stall out for several weeks in a row. How exciting that you dropped two pounds this week. I'm really proud of you. That's what determination can do for you, keep you from giving up. Eventually you get the prize.
glo you and Bean are so bad about that sneak weighing. I hope that on your weigh in day you are still showing that loss.
blanq WOO HOO!!! Losing 4 pounds is a wonderful accomplishment. Good for you! I'm very proud of you and very happy for you.
You don't have to use the clipart, if you would rather not. Just so you're not ashamed of us
geetey I like your positive attitude. You will get that clippie. I know it's frustrating when the scale doesn't show a downward move but it's so much better than gaining, don't you think? Hang in there the weight will come off.
jimmytammy Okay, you are starting over, that's good. Great attitude too, by the way. You can do this, I believe in you and your check in next week will show a loss, I'm sure of it. Don't give up!
ohMom You just never know...you could lose that three pounds by Sunday. I'm so proud of you for not gaining this week. Good for you. And you sound really, really determined now. Hang in there, this weight will be coming off soon.
disneyfan551 You post away on WISH sweetie. It's not a waste of space. I love reading all the posts here, they motivate me and inspire me. Sometimes I hope I am helping another WISHer, that's a pretty good feeling. You just post away.
You did great this week! 2.5 more pounds gone forever and you will have that 10 pound loss clippie any minute now. You are a great success and I'm very proud of you!
I think everyone is doing great. If you gained a little, you know it won't stay long, if you maintained...that's quite an accomplishment in itself....if you lost well, that's the brass ring, of course, and I'm proud of you.
I don't weigh in until Thursday. I'm keeping a positive attitude and hoping for a loss
