campingcorgi Okay, you gained only one pound. I'll bet it's just fluid and it will disappear soon. Look how healthy you are getting, you are noticing increased stamina. That's wonderful.
Just take spring break one day at a time and make the healthiest food choices you can. I believe in you, I think you can succeed at this.
Hang in there. Enjoy your time off from school and be proud of yourself, because we are all proud of you.
IheartMickey Slipped and slid a little on the food choices today, did you? Well, that happens. We can't worry about the past we can only think about right now. Right now you seem pretty determined and motivated to me.
Losing two pounds is a wonderful loss and I'm proud of you. I knew you could do it though.
8 pounds in 4 weeks is quite an accomplishment. See how successful you are? Now concentrate on making healthy food choices and keep up the good work.
Mish19 WOW, 4.4 pounds is a magnificent loss. I hope you are proud of yourself, because I'm sure proud of you.
Look at you go! Good job, sweetie. Love that gorgeous new clippie of yours. Next stop 15 pound loss clippie and at this rate that will take no time at all.
I'm so happy and proud for you. Isn't it fun to trade up those clippies?
ahutton What is DDR? Sounds easier than the elliptical
Don't worry about gaining just one pound it is probably just fluid and will go away. Just stick with your eating plan and working out and that weight will melt away soon.
I'm so glad you are back with renewed inspiration. Together we can do anything and we can do this. WISH is a great help, isn't it?
Tink33 Well, if throwing that scale out the window makes you feel better, I say throw it!

Just teasing you.
Plateaus are very frustrating. I've heard that changing your type of workout will get the weight loss started again. Maybe that will work for you.
You are still following your healthy eating plan and working out so you know that you will drop this weight. You are just getting closer to your goal now so you are losing very, very slowly. Keep doing what you are doing and you will be successful.
I'm really glad you are part of our support group, Leslie. Did you know that I still have my tiara? Yes, I do. I wore it to tea at the GF. I was soooo elegant
Hang in there, my friend. Don't give up.
lynr Another 1.5 pounds gone forever. Isn't that great? You are losing inches and pounds. You are doing just great! I'm proud of you.
Keep it up, you are on your way to goal.
nicolep91 You didn't make good eating choices this past week and you didn't gain any weight? Good for you. Your choices must have been much better than you thought, then.
Maintaining your weight is good. Not as much fun as losing but so much more fun than gaining, don't you agree.
Hang in there. Don't look back. Just take it one day at a time. You can do this, I'm sure of it.
karebear1 Woo Hoo!!!!! Look at you go! 6 pounds gone forever and it only took you one week. That is awesome.
I'm so happy and proud for you. Good job!
elisebutt You know you only gained water weight. No way could you gain two pounds of fat if you had eaten twice as many low carb treats as you did.
This nasty fluid will leave you soon. I sure hope it does, I don't know that I want to see you dance naked down the street
