If you were really good with your exercise that is probably why the scale didn't show a loss. You are building muscle, now, and we all know that muscle weighs more than fat. I'm so proud of you for being faithful to both your eating plan <i>and</i> your exercise regimen. How disciplined you are. Hang in there, I'll bet you show a loss next weigh in.
By the way, have you measured yourself? You could be losing inches instead of pounds, wouldn't that be <i>wonderful</i>?
