Hello everybody!

I'm up 2 point something this week - don't remember what exactly that point something was! :) My body was doing funky things this week anyway because I was getting over a cold.

How did everybody do??
 
Down 0.5 lbs. I am not setting the world on fire, but I am happy.

I am back on predisone so any loss is great!

I have missed posting on this thread!

I am down 4 pounds after my first week of Atkins Induction. I'm feeling better already and MAY start walking this week. :)

Checking to report 0 - nothing much around here. TOM is here so I'm hoping that I will see some results soon.
I'm just happy it's not going in the + side direction. I'm getting very good at maintaining yet, I have not lost enough of the weight to even begin thinking about that arena.

Hope you all are big losers this coming week!
 

I was 124.5 pounds this morning--maintaining my 123-125 lb. goal weight! A big congratulations to all the losers and maintainers and lots of {{{HUGS}}} to those who may need some extra support!

I was down 2 more this week for a toatl of 10 lbs in the last 3 weeks!!!! Also this puts me back at my all time low weight!!!! Yeah!!!
 
Well I am up about 2 pounds which isn't to bad condsidering when I got back from WDW and weigh myself I was up a total of nine pounds! I wasn't shocked though, even with all the walking we still managed to eat around the world more then a few times! It was a great trip but I am home and ready to kick it in the rear and get started again. I went out and bought the basic firm set and will start tomorrow, it is good to be back.
 
I'm down 2.5 pounds this week for a total loss of 42 pounds and I've snagged my beautiful 40 pound clippie!
 
No loss, no GAIN. Just maintained this week, but I've stepped up my walking, so maybe that will help this week. I'm hoping for another maintain this week. I've had a whole weekend of feasting which is very unusual, but we've just had lots going on. I wouldn't be upset with a loss on Thursday, but I'm just hoping for a maintain!!lol

The Bloat Fairy was kind enough to give me two extra pounds this week. Arrrgh!
 
I lost that nasty water weight that was hanging on, so I am feeling good about being at my lowest weight again. Now that it is nicer out I can get out to walk, and I KNOW that will kickstart the weight loss again.
(I have to say though, that even though I didn't lose any real weight for the last 4 months cause I haven't exercised, I did maintain it, and that is terrific for me, cause I have never done that!)
 
I stayed the same for weigh in, but it was time to do my monthly measurements and I lost about 4 inches total! So that was encouraging.

I am down a pound this week. I thought it might be more since I had the flu a few days. My stomach was in no mood for eggs, salads or cheese, so I was eating crackers, rice and soup. Too many carbs, but its back on track today.
 
I'm up .6 pounds this week, but it is better than I though it would be since I was very bad this week. I am back on track now so hopefully I will be down again next week. Have a great week everyone.
 
I'm down another pound this week. I was pleasantly surprised, because I didn't count points last week. That brings my total since March 1st to 16.5 pounds.

I'm finally back (and very happy to be back with my WISH buddies)! Here's what I posted on another thread about my first weigh-in since starting back on WW like I should:

I know I have been gone for such a LONG time, but I am so glad to be back! I have missed my WISH buddies. Unfortunately I put on some additional weight. However, I kicked myself back into gear on WW after a LONG time of not trying with my 100% effort. I guess I just thought it wouldn't work for me, so I convinced myself that it wasn't worth trying my very best. I am back, and I am more than thrilled to say that after my 1st week to be back on WW full force I lost 3.6 pounds! I literally cannot remember the last time I had a weight loss that big--I think it must have been over a year ago at the least. I CAN do this and I WANT to do this! I remember what wonderful support I got here both for good weeks and for bad ones, so I am so happy to be back! I have decided to lose between 48 and 52 pounds, so I have a ways to go, but I know where I can come for some good support.

179.6/176.0/130ish
 
I'm down another pound. The total loss is now 9 pounds!

Down to 210, whoopie! That's a couple of lbs. off.
