Good morning everyone!
I haven't had a weigh-in, cause my weigh-in day is on Thursday but I'm pretty sure that I'm going to be REALLY up. I was down going into the holidays. I was at about 184, and I want to be 187 or so, so I left myself some room to gain, but I think I was too comfortable with that idea!
I'm trying to get back on plan, but boy is it hard!
So how is everyone else doing??

I was SHOCKED when I stepped on the scale this morning because I've been UP 3 lbs the whole week. I'll take that 1.4 especially after all my cheating on NYE!
Now it's time to get serious and get rid of these pounds!! My resolution for this week is to drink more water. I had been doing very well at drinking 7-8 16 oz bottles a day but the past couple weeks I've been barely getting in 4 bottles. This week I'm going to get back into that 7-8 routine I know that helps with my weight loss. Onward and downward my WISH friends - Have a great week!

Not bad considering I maintained through the rest of the holidays, but the scale is not supposed to be going up!
