I'm sorry to rush this, but I COMPLETELY forgot to check in last week, and I REFUSE to forget again! 
Last week, I had a .4 gain (I think). This week, much to my COMPLETE shock, I had a 2.4 loss!!!!! I had no intention of losing weight, but I guess my body had other plans!!!
That's okay. I'm comfortable at 187, and I'm now at 184, so I have a little leeway with the holidays coming up.
SO....how did everyone else do?

OK, confession time. TOM+holiday parties+lack of self control=(gulp) a FOUR pound gain.
YIKES! But here's what I figure, FOUR pounds- time spent exercising - drinking lots of water - eating within the points range=hope for next week.
