WISH Buddy Exchange Sent/Received

I sent my package out on Sat(13th). It went priority so hopefully it will get there in the next day or so. I put a gift tag on it but I was rushing around and did not enclose a nice card with it. Please forgive me WISH buddy!!! I hope you like what I got you. It did come form WDW!!!

I was so excited when the package was at my house when I got home!!!
I opened it up and found: a BEAUTIFUL Beauty and the Beast ornament!! I have never seen that one before!! THEN there was the cutest wind up Beauty and the Beast--they DANCE!!! They glide along and then they twirl in the other direction!! AND she included some really yummy candies!! I will savor them-even though after eating one, I want the whole package!!
I am sending mine off tomorrow--this is just too much fun!!Thanks so much!!

I received my SS package today!

It was from Cheryl in WI and she sent me:

A package of Mickey Mouse Scrapbook paper (I absolutely love it and it is going to come in very handy for all my new pictures from Disney!

)
A White Christmas Yankee Candle with a topper for it that says Happy Holidays on a mailbox! (Very cute!)
A polar bear beanie baby that is wearing a santa hat!

She also included a card that she had made that was simply beautiful! Thanks so much for everything, I love it all!

I got my package yesterday! I have a great exchange buddy who sent me a Mickey Mouse photomosaics jigsaw puzzle, a NASCAR liscense plate, and two yummy candles (French Vanilla and Baked Apple Pie).

This was a great exchange - thanks to Tammy for putting this together!

Oh, I am so, so disappointed!!!

I had sent my package out last Friday to my WISH buddy and it came back to me this morning. Can you even believe I addressed the silly thing to MYSELF???????? :confused:

I am so very sorry to my WISH buddy!! I am on my way right now to the post office to send it to the CORRECT address this time! Sheesh! I guess I'm more stressed and tired than I thought!!! Sadly, this package has a good distance to go, from Canada, so I'm not sure it'll get there before Christmas.

I'm going to send it the quickest way I can, in hopes it arrives before Christmas. If not, I'm so sorry. I hope I haven't ruined it for my WISH buddy.

Today was a banner day for me - I mailed my package to my buddy, and when I got home there was one waiting for me!!!!! Thank you LMHall2000, that was great! I love it! The cards are adorable and the frame is perfect- I'm going to put the Christmas picture in it. What a great afternoon!

Mine went out today!!!! I got mine the other day!!! I got a wonderful box of Key Lime Pie scented Bath stuff , a Pooh sweatshirt and a little eeyore with antlers!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

My package arrived today! I received a stained glass type stocking, a wooden snowman ornament, a wooded sign with a snowman that says Let It Snow, mistletoe, a Pittsburg Steelers snowman ornament and best of all the Hallmark Tigger ornament!! It is funny, I just saw this ornament for the first time yesterday in a magazine and thought it would be great to have and then today I get one, how lucky am I. Thanks so much to my exchange person!!!

Ohmygoodness!!! I had a wonderful surprise waiting when I got home from work today. I was on the verge of tears when I saw the wonderful and sweet surprises my WISH buddy blessed me with.

I have a beautiful Santa figurine that holds a tealight (he's smiling at me from my mantel now!) A gorgeous shiny Santa ornament, already hanging from a place of honor in the front of my tree. And a beautiful, sparkly star pin that will grace the jacket I wear to the office tomorrow.

MowsieDreamer- thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your gifts are beautiful, exactly my taste (how did you figure out what I like better than my own family can?), and will remind me of YOU and our wonderful WISH family each time I see them. And all wrapped so beautifully- I almost hated to destroy the packages!

But I got over that.

(Now I'm feeling a little guilty about my wrapping... I sort of wrapped it half asleep while unpacking from WDW... it DID come from the World with me!)

I got the BEST WISH buddy ever!!! Jeannie, you're a doll! (And a cheat-free WISHer!)

I hate to contradict you, Kathy, but I think that I got the best WISH buddy ever!!!

Let me set the stage for all of you........Since Thanksgiving, it has been almost unbearably busy at work and of course after work has been pretty busy, too, with all the holiday decorating, gift buying, wrapping, etc. This week has been even more stressful at work since we are trying to tie up all our loose ends before Christmas break. So it was a pretty frazzled me that arrived home an hour late from work this evening.

Imagine my surprise and delight when my DD told me that a package had come for me today! And when I opened it, my very wonderful WISH buddy had sent me a beautiful Sorcerer Mickey photo holder, with lots of spots for photos from my October trip!!
And I knew that he must have come from WDW since I knew that KathyTX had just returned!!

How did you know that Sorcerer Mickey is my absolute favorite?? You couldn't have picked anything that was more perfect! And what fun it will be to pick just the right photos from my October trip to display!!! Everytime I see Mickey, I will be reminded of you!

I just love my Sorcerer Mickey!! (Bet you couldn't tell that!)

And thanks a bunch for the new supply of !!!!! I was almost out! And I hope the whooshes kick in soon, too! I could really use a good whoosh right about now!

I got my Wish gift yesterday!!!! Thank you sooooo much mum4jenn!!! I got a mickey ornament for my tree!!!! You must have known that I have a Disney tree this year!!!!I don't have a single ornament on it that is not disney or disney related!!! I made a mad dash for the tree as soon as I opened my box

It took a while, but I found the perfect spot for my new Mickey ornament!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

On a side note, my wish gift went out priority mail today. When my secret wisher gets it, make sure you look at the box, I think you will get a kick out of the box I used!!!!

We're off to WDW tomorrow afternoon!!! My sister will be checking my doorstep for me for any packages that come while we're gone. I'll let you guys know what I get when we get back the 23rd or 24th.

Boy, it sure is fun to come home to packages on your doorstep!

And, by the way, I have the BEST WISH buddy!

There were four packages in the box, each wrapped in 100 Acre Woods paper (Tigger gets upset if you just call it Winnie the Pooh paper). There was a poem attached to each gift on Pooh (ooops, 100 Acre Woods) stationery. First there was a tiny snowlady/angel ornament with my name on it. Then a Hallmark keepsake of three jinglebells with Tigger, Pooh and Piglet. Next was a DVD of the classic TV Christmas special "Frosty the Snowman" and "Frosty Returns". The fourth package was two Disney "tubs of stamps" one Mickey/Minnie themed and one Tigger and pals birthday themed....these will get a lot of use!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to my WISH buddy! I've had so much fun doing this....it MUST become a WISH tradition ::yes::

I got my WISH gifts while I was staying at Old Key West. It was so much fun getting a package while I was on vacation. I got beautiful gifts from my Christmas gift buddy, MelanieC (thanks again Melanie). I got a beautiful Pooh Bear dressed as an elf, it is so cute. I also got a little stuffed Pooh ornament for the tree, a lovely photo. frame, a cute Santa ornament, and a peppermint swirls Yankee candle. It felt like Christmas had come early for me, and I had so much fun opening up the packages. These gifts are going to be Christmas treasures, and each year when I get them out I will be reminded of WISH and my special WISH Christmas gift buddy.
