Wisdom Teeth Removal - how to be smart consumer?

I would get them all out. I know it is a lot of money, but teeth shift so even if there not a problem now they could become one. I have had braces twice since my wisdom teeth were impacted and began crowding my lower (previously perfect thanks to years of braces)teeth.
