Wire Hangers

I know that there will be a few of the "fixed" hangers in the room (at POR), but if I want to hang up more things, will the front desk or housekeeping bring me over some plain old wire hangers, or do I need to pack some with me?

I was wondering the same thing. I think I will pack a few extra for our upcoming trip.

Clearly you guys are not familiar with Joan Crawford's rather strong views on the use of wire hangers. I would investigate them. The late actress had opinions on wire hangers that would dissuade you from using them (or even thinking about using them) for the remainder of your lifetime.

Anyhow, more to your point, I requested additional hangers from the front desk last week on my trip to BWI and they brought several to my room immediately. I think though, that all of the hangers in the closet at BWI were "unfixed". I would call the front desk and just ask them. No need to carry hangers unnecessarily.
