hello!i have finally decided to try my hand at wire art....as if i really need another craft to get into! but i've always loved the look of wire words and wire jewelry and what not. unfortunately, i've never been a very creative person! i do much better with instructions in front of me. I went to Michaels for the wire, but due to the mega-sale they were having, the place was packed and everything was flying off the shelves. hence, no wire-type books.
so, does anyone know of any good websites for wire art? i've got a jig, but jeez, how does one make letters for words? is there someplace that might have patterns?
thank you!

), and in the craft section they have a brand new item. It's called Soft Touch Fun Wire, it's 22 gauge, and there's 45 feet in the pkg. The pkg. states that it's easy to work with and requires no special tools. There are 5 colors in the package--pink, lavender, turquoise, limey-yellow-green, and kind of a lime green. (Sorry about the color descriptions, but that's the best I can do.) I think it was $2.96 per pack, so that must be a pretty good deal.
