winters form of exercise begins today

yup gotta get out there and shovel
Havent done much walking this wk as its been too cold but today will more than make up for it
Oh and then there's tomorrows shoveling too

Careful with all that shoveling. Even the new and improved you can over do it. Make sure you have some help. If you have a teenage son, give him the chore, and a few $$ , or a movie pass. Make sure he has hot cocoa when he gets inside. It's good to get them used to physical activity. I don't know about anyone else, but I do way too much in my house and it is my kids who will suffer in the long run for it. If you want to help, that's great! Snow shovels don't cost much and it's a good way to let go of some stress as well. Enjoy the weather! Looks like it's here to stay. (can you tell I miss snow? Even the weather doesn't like it here! )
