I live in Wisconsin - home of freezing winters and lots of snow!
Well realizing that winter will be here before I know it I am trying to plan ahead. Last year my exercise plan really suffered from lack of planning for the winter and this year I'd like to be prepared. I was considering joining a gym but a new YMCA is being built less than 1 mile from my house and will be ready next year - I don't want to be in a contract with another health club as I'd prefer to go to one close to home. None of the health clubs I have checked with have winter memberships or even do memberships on a month to month basis. I am thinking instead of trying some videos. I wasn't crazy about Walk Away the Pounds and I do have a Firm DVD but it needs their fanny lifter which I have never gotten around to buying. Will have to put that on my list of things to check into. So what's your favorite work out tape? I'm looking for a variety so I don't get bored so suggest anything you have enjoyed!! Thank you in advance for reading this long post
and helping me keep moving this winter.
