Winter Summerland or Fantasia Gardens

Which is better for doing on a hot day? I'm taking five 13 yr old girls for a Saturday afternoon mini golf excursion later this month. I've done Fantasia Gardens a few times, but can't remember much detail right now as it's been several years, and I've never done Winter Summerland. Thinking about shade, misting stations, shooting fountains, anything that would help keep us cool.

Forgot to add that I'm an Annual Passholder and former Cast Member living in Orlando. So, very familiar with the parks, water parks, etc. Just haven't done much mini golf, but it's my daughter's choice and this is what they want to do.

I've never been to FG but WS was cool when we were there last July.

Winter Summerland is more extravagantly themed than either of the Fantasia courses. That course has more colors, characters, and giant structures, while Fantasia's courses are better actual mini-golf courses, slightly more challenging, and more interesting. For whatever reason, I've always liked Fantasia Gardens a bit better (not sure why). I guess it's just a better actual mini-golf course (in terms of course design).

That said, in the heat, FG has little shade and very few trees, so I'd imagine WS is the better choice with more shade and the fact that it's next to a "cool" (get the pun?) water park doesn't hurt either. BB is a great place to "cool off" (there it is again!) after some fun at WS.

Winter Summerland for the fun factor and the "cool" factor. We went to Fantasia Gardens once in the afternoon and it was hot! We were there in MArch and had not been hot the whole trip but very few trees and the afternoon sun made for a hot experience. It is also a little harder course not your typical putt putt experience as Winter Summerland is. IMO.

Kids would prefer WS I think. It's traditional putt putt golf. FG is like a real golf course just smaller. We found it very difficult and not very enjoyable.
