"Winter" has returned to Orlando

After weeks and weeks of sun and warm temps - this morning is gray and breezy and chilly... by FL standards! They promised rain yesterday, and we didn't get enough to fill a thimble!!!

It's 59 right now, and only going to 68!!

Eww! Could you shew it away please?? I will be heading there in 7 days! and I am really looking forward to some nice warm weather. Here in KY it has been a crazy winter and now spring. Oh well, either way, as long as I'm in the world, I know I'll have a great time.

I was prepared to read the OP and roll my eyes. Here we are, a week away from April, and it has not been higher than 40-45 for almost 2 weeks. So, I just couldn't imaging how "cold" orlando would be in march.

But.....68 for a daytime high IS cold this time of year. Even though I would like it to be 68 up here right now, if I were down there, I would not be happy.

It looks like it's only staying around for the weekend! Still sunny for the most part, just in the high 60s!!!

I'm actually not complaining about the 60s. When it's sunny and in the 60s it's great park weather, just no pool weather!

It's nice to have a little change. I was hoping for some real rain - we need it so bad, and one nice rainy day would be great (during the week of course!!)

It's 38 here in Southeast Missouri.

Last week was 74. Now its cold again.

I think Mother Nature is going through "the change". She's having some major mood swings. It's colder here now than it was in January and February. It's crazy. But like the old saying goes, if you don't like the weather in KY, hang around a few days, it will change. As for 68 in Orlando, I would take it over 38 here anyday!

Wow that is a big drop!
We were there last week ,15th-18th, and 60's were the night time temps. We had flurries blowing around a little when we left home so the high 70's to mid 80's was fabulous. We have never been in March (usually summer) so the nice breeze was a pleasant surprise!

I woke up to snow on the ground. I would love to have your weather. This is not spring like weather!! When is spring going to get here?

We were just there last week (10 days total) and our coolest day was 73 degrees. Every other day was 80-84 degrees - not a cloud in the sky or a drop of rain.

I am laughing at my Mom and brother. They went to Orlando this week without me. That's what they get!
