Winter--Has it snowed/or is it snowing where you live?

Well, the forecast said it would snow overnight, and it has. We have more to come today too...looks pretty but hazourdous out on the roads right now.

We finally got snow about a week ago. That is really late for us to have a snow that sticks around. It is supposed to be in the upper 20's and sunny for the next few days so a lot of it will melt.

We had snow a couple of weeks ago. 3-4 inches of fluffy pretty snow, that didn't stick to the roads, but made everything else look nice.

We have a winter storm warning in Md for tonight thru Sunday morning. As a nurse manager who will have to go to work if it snows and people call out, I am praying that it doesn't get bad

We have had no accumulation yet, but that will all change today. We are forecasted to get up to 12 inches in the next 24 hours. LOVE living in the mountains. NOT!

We have snow today. Both mine and my husbands schools are closed. It is snowing quite heavily at the moment.

We have not have had "snow" yet, just a little flurries a bit of sleet.

However we are forecasted to get about an inch of accumulation with this system.

Christmas Eve is also forecasted to have some snow. We might have a "White Christmas".

We've had some flurries where the snow stuck in the grass but that's about it. We are currently under a winter storm watch (or warning). They are expecting bet. 5 to 10 inches of snow. I will be doing alot of running around today to finish christmas shopping and to get groceries in. Most Marylanders panic at the sound of snow. We don't handle it very well. The grocery stores are going to be packed today with the mad rush for milk and tp.

It snowed 4" inches about 2 weeks before Halloween, of course all that cleared out. Then about 2 weeks ago we got another 4" with ice on top and that has decided to stay.

Our forcast said flurries yesterday on Saturday. I just got a weather alert that they are changing it to "significant snowfall beginning Friday night into Saturday Night with the majority expected to fall Saturday morning."

So I guess the storm shifted.

My kids had THREE snow days last week!!!

We had about 15 flakes of snow in the past 30 minutes!!!!

We got about two feet right before Halloween. The only time I've seen my kids bummed out about a snow day -- no Halloween party!

That all melted, but since then we've had a few more small storms with just a few inches each.

Yea, someone didn't get the memo that it is supposed to snow ON Christmas and not the ridiculously-hectic weekend BEFORE Christmas. So we're looking at getting snow starting tonight (Friday) after midnight until Sunday morning. This is screwing up about 300 different plans for us.

We're supposed to get either 1-3" or 6-12" .... nobody knows and according to the weather map, I live on some kind of snowfall borderland.

We had our first in mid-October-and have had a couple of major storms-last week was horrible-but im hoping the current 50 degree days pattern lasts til i get home from wyoming after christmas.

We missed all the fun when we were in WDW. It snowed here in the SF Bay Area on Dec. 7. It probably won't snow again this Winter. We get snow every few years (except the hills and low mountains near-by get a dusting of snow every Winter.) There's a "mountain" of 2800 ft behind my house that looks so pretty with snow on it (which it currently doesn't have.)
