Maybe I'm not looking in the right places, but I haven't heard if DCA will bring back the Winter Dreams version of World of Color. We got to catch it last November on it's first night (right after the AP event). It was good: my girls loved it, though my son loved the normal version. Just wondering if it may be coming back and what dates it would be implemented.
You're definitely not looking in the right places!

The Disney Parks Blog confirmed that it was coming back (in their Holiday blog in September).
Disneyland News (the primary source of press releases for DLR) confirmed it last week in a holiday release. I have both the blog and the release linked on page 1 of the Disneyland at Christmas/Holiday Season Superthread (in the General Information section).
Also in the Superthread, I have been periodically posting and re-posting a "What We Know.." (about the holiday season so far)
summary of all of the official and unofficial-but-probable holiday happenings, including the confirmation of the return of Winter Dreams (in fact, I just re-posted that summary on the last page of the Superthread earlier this morning).
However, last year Winter Dreams began a few days after the official start of the holidays, as did Viva Navidad. We will assume that both of those events will begin on the actual start date of the holiday season this year (11/13/14, as Tom mentioned above), but there is a possibility that they could begin on 11/14/14. There is also a big question mark about when Olaf's ice rink and the Winter Village will go up, as the Avengers Half-Marathon events and crowds are expected to spend some time and take up some space in Downtown Disney. So the rink and the Village may, possibly, go up after 11/16, but we don't know.
I also have a post with Days/Dates/Events to Remember --
HERE -- which I update based on the info released by Disney. That will give you a good idea of what's happening and when (although the dates for Three Kings Day confuse me, as one Disney source said it was a 5-day celebration but the dates they posted only covered 3 dates -- so I think they made a mistake somewhere along the line).
