We live in NC where the winters are mild. However, we do make several winter trips to the mountains in the winter, and our kids also have learned how to ski. So, while I don't participate in the outdoor stuff, I end up freezing while watching them. This year, I'm looking for some warm, waterproof boots that won't break the bank. I would like to try to stay under $100 if possible. We can afford more expensive ones, but I hate to spend so much on something I will only wear 3-4 times each year.
