Winnie & Tigger at 1900 Park Fare breakfast?

I am hoping for a Crystal Palace early lunch ADR for our upcoming trip but we are going during free dining and recently adrs look like they have been a bit tricky during those times. So I'm thinking that 1900 Park Fare would be a good alternative (although it may still be wishful thinking that we can get it and an early-ish time).

Basically our priority is seeing Winnie the Pooh and Tigger and I know that is not guaranteed at 1900PF but I'd like to get an idea at least what our chances might be? We love the GF and I would like to see the holiday decorations (and I can temper my expectations) so it won't be a disaster if they aren't there. Just hoping for some feedback from your character experiences there- thank you!

We met them there and had great interaction, Tigger even came by twice during our meal. We love Crystal Palace too though.

We had breakfast at 1900 Park Fare last November and Pooh and Tigger were there. I know the interaction all depends on who their "friend" is for that day, but the Pooh we saw was okay, but the Tigger was good.

We had breakfast at 1900 Park Fare in early November 2015 and it was Pooh and Piglet (Alice, the Mad Hatter and Mary Poppins) - no Tigger
We are doing Crystal Palace the next trip, kids want Eeyore and Tigger

That's interesting- so far it seems like Pooh is usually there but maybe some variation about Tigger or Piglet?

I think Piglet is the sub, not a regular. We have eaten at 1900PF breakfast 10+ times and have had Piglet and Pooh once and Pooh and Tigger every other time.

We were there second week of May and both Pooh and Tigger were there. Tigger was great! Pooh was good too, but we enjoyed our interaction with him more at Crystal Palace. We really enjoyed 1900 Park Fare. We LOVE Crystal Palace and have the best time there every time. We go for dinner. I'd keep checking, since the characters are there for all three meals, it gets spread out some and you may find something.

I have done this breakfast twice and it has always been: Pooh, Tigger, Alice, the Mad Hatter and Mary Poppins. We have reservations again on July 3rd, so it will be interesting to see who shows up...Piglet would be great!

We've done breakfast there four times and always had Pooh and Tigger. It's one of my favorite character meals, great interaction every time.
