Winkflash Disappointment

    I just received my Christmas card order from Winkflash and I'm extremely disappointed with the entire process. I'm dissatisfied with the lack of updates on the status of the order or the ability to track my order while waiting for the cards to arrive, the quality of the finished product, the giant bar code on the back of my card, the fact that they shipped me part of someone else's order instead of something I had ordered, and that after waiting on hold after finally getting through to the customer service line that had a busy signal for most of the evening, I was disconnected without warning because customer service closes at 8pm. This will be the first and last time I use winkflash. Anyone else have an experience to share? By the way, if your kids' names are Carys and Betrys - they are adorable and your postcards are very cute!

    I have never had any problems.

    I have used them to develop 4x6 pictures & lately I use them for my 5x7 picture/aka Christmas card. I ordered mine on a Tues or Wed & got them that Saturday.

    I got an email saying they shipped too.

    Sorry you had bad luck with them.
