Can you take your own wine on board?

Yep - Disney is one of the few lines that allows wine, beer, alcohol as well as other beverages. I'd suggest putting the wine in your carry on and taking it to your stateroom when it opens around 1:00. Your room steward will be happy to provide you with ice to chill your wine. If you bring your wine to the dining room, they are supposed to charge a $15 corkage fee. It doesn't always happen. If you simply want to drink in your stateroom or elsewhere, ask your room steward for an opener and glasses. They are happy to help.

Yes you can. Keep in mind that Disney charges a $15.00 corking fee when you bring the bottle to dinner.
