Has anyone been to the wine tasting class? I went, and I am trying to remember something which was done in the class. They took a bottle of champagne, and a knife, and rubbed the knife along the seam, and removed the whole whole glass end of the bottle where the cork is inserted. This was a very impressive task, and I was wanting to try it, but I can't remember, did they use a smooth blade knife, or a serated edge knife? Also, does anyone know how many scrapes you make before you try to pop the top off with the knite? Thanks for any help anyone may have. I might just have to sign up for another cruise to learn how to do it again!
