We are going to be in WDW prior to our cruise. We are flying to Orlando and using the Disney transfers. Is there a place within walking distance of the Disney resorts to purchase a few bottles of wine? We are planning on having a glass of wine with dinner but would also like to bring a few bottles with us to enjoy in our cabin. Thanks.

It depends on where you're staying. The Screen Door General Store on the Boardwalk has a small but decent selection of wines. :)

Thanks for the reply. We are staying at Port Orleans. Where is this boardwalk? :D

It's in the Epcot Resorts area, you can get there (indirectly) via the WDW bus system but it would take you a LONG time.

You may want to consider just getting a taxi and taking a trip to Gooding's, a local grocery store not far away. They have a very good wine selection and you can stock up on wine and whatever else you'd like to take on the cruise. The cab fare would be minimal and it would save you from having to schlep bags of groceries around. :)

Thanks again for your reply. A taxi is a great idea. I didn't think of that.

Head over to Downtown Disney and check in Mickey's Gourmet Pantry. I know they sometimes have a nice selection of wines.

Just up the street from Goodings (which as Michelle says has a great selection, but is very pricey), there is a HUGE Publix or Winn Dixie grocery store. I was very impressed with the wine selection when I was there last year.
