Wine Plan add-on?

When I booked our reservation, I chose the Deluxe Dining, but I wasn't given the option to add the wine package. Is that only offered on certain packages? Can I add it on later?

There's information that it cannot be added to certain discounted packages. You should call and see if your package qualifies.
