Wine/liquor store by HoJo disneyland area

We're staying here the night before our MR cruise and our driver said that he heard of a place that was a couple of blocks from HJ but he would have to charge us more to take us there (can't believe that one). Is anyone familiar with this? Is it walking distance?

Call HoJo Anaheim and ask them where the nearest liquor store is. You are right across the street from Disneyland, a few blocks to the left down So.Harbor blvd will put you near several stores; to the right, you have to cross a bridge over a highway and there may be more stores on that side. The staff at Hojo Anaheim can answer all sorts of these types of questions. IMHO, I would get the address of the nearest, and have them deliver directly to the hotel.

There is a very good convenience store right next to the Candy cane Inn (turn right as you leave the park instead of left toward HoJo)... lots of liquor to choose from. I can't remember anything on the HoJo end of the block- but it has been a few years since we've stayed at HoJo.

there is a 7-11 by the Candy Cane as the previous poster mentioned, you can easily take one of the buses down the street to Target/Albertsons (I think) and take the bus back. There are so many buses and it is very easy.

There is also an ABC beside 7-11, so lots of choices.
