Wine & dine party question

Wow - it depends on how one defines appropriate.

I will say from a grand parent aged point of view - no. Though, one should also know that my roots are in fly-over country so I am, well conservative. I am sure that if a 5 yo was as the party it would not scar them for life, but frankly, it is late, there is a lot of drinking (more spectator) and folks are not looking out for kiddos.

I am sure there are many who will disagree but those are my thoughts.
 
I wouldn't say it is necessarily "inappropriate" but more just not geared towards kids. The atmosphere is different- like being in a park after its closed. Epcot music is not playing- its radio popular music. The rides are open. Many of the country's seem "darker" somehow. And there's lots of drinking and older people vs kids. But I haven't encountered anything outrageous, after all it is still Epcot.
 
I would say no. There are too many people and frankly, most five year olds aren't going to stay up that late. There were quite a few young kids last year, but the parents seemed to leave pretty early with them. Not worth the price of the afterparty ticket.
