Wine Country Trattoria?

We are looking for a nice dinner for my bday celebration in Dec and I'm wondering who has eaten here...Can you watch the Electric Parade? Is the food good? Is it expensive? Is it worth a try or are we better off choosing a DTD retaraunt like Catal or Jazz Kitchen?

I would definately choose Jazz Kitchen (my fav) or Catal in DTD. We did the meat/cheese/wine package which included seating for EP a few years ago and thought the food was awful - any way overpriced. And the wine glass was so small I swear it was only like four sips. DCA does not get nearly as crowded as DL and you can generally stake out a good parade spot 30 minutes or so ahead of time. Good luck whatever you decide
