Does it have outdoor seating? I can't remember??? I only ate there once. We are going in June and we were hoping it had outdoor seating so we could see the ELP from the restaurant.

Thanks!

Yes, it does have outdoor seating. Its' not that easy to get a railing seat; you may need to make your PS for an hour or perhaps a little more in advance of the parade.

Yes, Wine Country Trattoria has outdoor seating...there are tables with umbrellas to provide shade. Their seating area is raised above street level, so you should have a pretty good view of the parade if you have a table along the wall.

Parade Viewing

Featuring the hottest spot to view “Disney's Electrical Parade,” the Golden Vine Winery offers special boxed desserts with exclusive seating. Adult boxes ($47) have a selection of cheesecake, tuxedo strawberries, biscotti, cookies, chocolate truffles, and a choice of beverage (including wine). Children's boxes ($37) contain kid-style desserts, an activity book, lollipop and a beverage. Disney's California Adventure features the nighttime parade every Friday, Saturday and Sunday; it runs nightly during peak seasons including summer and holidays. Guests can purchase special tickets for the exclusive parade viewing at Guest Relations.

This is from mickeynews.com. I'm wondering if this means that any good seating for the parade will be reserved for this priority seating, so that you'd be forced to pay the $47 a person to get a decent seat. :confused3 Anybody know?

I just reread my post, and realized that I'm thinking of a different restaurant altogether. Never mind!:rolleyes1

The special dessert buffet offers basically the same seating as the restaurant. Even when paying for the dessert buffet, you aren't guaranteed a paradeside seat. You would still have to push up against the people sitting wallside to properly see. We went for dinner on Fri or Sat (can't remember!!) walked up (no PS) and were told 40 min, which would put us there right before the parade started. They seated us in 15min in the middle area by the fountain. I didn't ask for the tables along the wall because I was so grateful just to get a table, but as it turned out, they didn't even seat those tables. It ended up being a real hassle to "push up" to the other diners to view the parade. A couple of ladies seemed offended at our presence (only the kids went up to watch). I was surprised at this, but would ask for that wallside table in the future or plan on eating and moving down to view the parade. The ramp/stairs are blocked during the parade, so you won't be able to view from there and pop back to the table. I have to say it was so nice to relax and just listen to the parade music while sipping my wine. It was a really memorable night.
