Wine Country Trattoria Seating

I was just wondering if anyone has made reservations for the World of Color dining at the Wine country trattoria, and had been asked by a reservation CM at the time of booking if they wanted to sit inside or out on the patio.

Is this a typical question that you are asked when making the reservation or something you have to request when you show up for your meal?

The time I did it we needed to ask for the patio upon checking in, though we did mention we'd like to be outside when we made the reservation. If it's crowded you may wait a bit longer, but I like the outside patio much better here. We are thinking of doing his again this summer for our WOC fast passes, too. Have fun!

Thank you! Yeah we have been to the WCT once before but we kinda just walked up when we were hungry and we had a choice cause it was slow, and we chose the patio. It was so lovely out there. I guess I will just show up 10 minutes or so early before my meal and say I want the patio area when my reservation begins.
