We came to Orlando to enjoy Food and Wine festival. Let me just say we, if value is there, we have a large budget for such gastronomic indulging. I tried to sit and enjoy this new establishment at Disney Springs. But we ended up leaving without ordering anything. The food seemed reasonable but the wine prices for every wine was ridiculously overpriced. I realize rent must be high but saw no value in cost. Would like to hear from others who actually dined or drank here.

Well, yes the wine is ridiculously priced, especially knowing that the $45 (and that's on the low end of the spectrum) bottle we ordered, I can buy myself for about $20 to $23 dollars, but the same can be said of Jiko's wine list. And no I'm not interested in doing a 3 wine (1oz) tasting at $200, but if you set your waiter straight (they're instructed to sell, sell sell, I'm sure), he follows your lead. I love wine but I'm not blowing that kind of cash on it. Cocktails are expensive as well but no more than at any higher end Disney restaurant. Cocktails and Wine aside, Wine Bar George does have very good appetizers, quality cheese and charcuterie boards, as well as a delicious skirts steak family platter (all be it served on tiny plates). The kitchen knows what they're doing, everything is tasty, served piping hot and top notch, albeit at a premium! We've been twice and yes, we're going again, the young folks love it and so do I.

Ditto. We loved it and I have it down for two visits in January. One night pre dinner drinks before Boathouse and another night I made ressies for dinner.
It's my new favorite place. Sorry OP, you didn't enjoy it as much.

I would like to see a TIW doscount. However, there is not any other wine list at WDW that I am aware of that has so many options by the glass. Many wine varieties and countries represented.. I'm willing to pay a little more to have something unique. At their prices, this is not the place to go to have a generic glass of wine.
