Wine Bar George or Morimoto Asia for 1????

Going down in a week and a half and with the MK closing at 6 we're gonna hit DS for dinner...and my wife and son want D'lux...they said I should treat myself so I can sit at Morimoto sushi bar...or the bar at Wine George! Can't decide. I'm all about the food and drink...and both are on my bucket list....and I'd usually never get the chance to go to either because my wife doesn't really eat from either...but son is joining us on this trip and I won't feel guilty cause they can eat together. What do y'all think of the food/ADULT beverages/service between the 2? TIA!

I say... why not Both!! Have a drink and enjoy a nice appetizer at Wine Bar George and then wander over to Morimoto for dinner. These are two of our very favorite places. Then, the family can reunite for dessert at a plethora of places around DS. Sounds like a great night to me!

Morimoto hands down. WBG was a big let down for us. Morimoto was delicious.

IMHO, not worth going to WBG just for the drink. Stick to Morimoto, one of our favourites at the World.

Either one is a great choice.

If you are eating alone, I think WBG is a great option. You can sit at the bar area and people watch, try a few different wines and order some small plates, slowly, as you want them. The bar staff are engaging and it is a very convivial atmosphere.
