Wine Bar by George (To Open Late 2017) ?

I was scrolling through the lounges to try and find something new and I saw this. It says it's opening late 2017. Do we have any further information on this bar and when this might be opening? I'm going in early September and was hoping it might be open?

Late year usually means around or after Thanksgiving. Last update I saw was that they have not gone vertical on this place and the vlogger was doubting it would be ready until spring 2018. Look at the Edison for comparison. It has topped out, external structure is near complete and yet its opening date has been pushed back to fall. So I would defiantly think that you will be out-of-luck for September.

It'll be at Disney Springs. George Miliotes is a Master Sommelier (I believe he used to be at CG). I've been looking forward to this for a while now.
